This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with sofa bed in the living room is located on the 2nd floor in a quiet and secure residence. It is a 5-minute walk from Vaucresson train station and with direct access to the A13 motorway to get you to Paris in 20 minutes. It will delight you with its quality equipment and careful furnishing. A parking space is reserved for you.
It is the ideal location for visiting the Paris region.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator in a small 3-story building. It is arranged as follows:
★ 1 beautiful dining room with table and chairs to spend convivial moments with family or friends.
★1 living room with a comfortable sofa that can be transformed into a bed, a coffee table and a 42-inch HD TV.
★ 1 fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hotplates, hood, coffee maker, kettle).
★1 bathroom with shower and vanity unit.
★1 bedroom with a large 160 cm bed, bedside table and large closet.
★ 1 bedroom with 2 double beds of 80x200.
★ 1 individual toilet.
★ 1 parking space reserved for you in the residence at the foot of the building.
You have access to the entire apartment.
We are available throughout your stay to chat with you and help you if necessary.
The apartment is located in a secure residence made up of several small 3-story buildings. There is an access barrier at the entrance to the residence. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the city center and the train station.
It is easy to park in the residence. The residence is 5 minutes from the A13 motorway. You are 5 minutes walk from the city center and the train station.
Arrival is done independently. We send you all access instructions 2 days before your arrival.
We ask that you respect the neighborhood by being polite and courteous.
Please take off your shoes in the apartment to avoid noise.
We ask you not to make noise between 9 p.m. and 9 a.m.
We give ourselves the right to intervene in the accommodation in the event of an emergency even if you are not there. We will inform you of our visit.
