Spacious Home “The Nest” in the heart of Torrey

Come visit this cute small town we call home. We are located in the heart of Torrey, located a block away from the Chuckwagon General Store as well as shopping at the locally family owned Torrey Trading Post.

Our rental is a 1400sq ft 1 bedroom one bathroom full kitchen with washer/dryer fully furnished piece of heaven that sleeps 6. Come sit back and relax on the back deck with beautiful views of Boulder and watch the sunset. We are a five minute drive away from the Velvets as well as a 10 minute drive from Capitol Reef National Park. If you’re interest include hiking, fishing, four wheeling side-by-side riding or just relaxing and enjoying the scenery there are many places such as Cathedral Valley, Hickman Bridge, Burr Trail, and Fish Lake.

Perfection!! This bungalow over the garage was perfect for us. Super clean and well appointed. Easy drive to Bryce National Park. We had great communication with the host - very responsive. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again - no questions about it.

Lovely and comfortable

Modern and spacious apartment, part of a larger ranch-residential property. Covered outside deck with mountain views. Two comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, nice shower. Near to Capitol Reef. Highly recommended.

Spacious, comfortable, easy access to Capitol Reef.

An above-garage apartment with one large bedroom, a large family room with two Murphy style beds, small kitchen area and one full bathroom. Very clean. Nice finishes. Separate/private entrance. Worked great for us with one teenage kid. Tons of space. Would recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable place to land after long days in the park.

Good Location

This is essentially an in-law apartment above the garage. It was very clean and cozy. We had everything we needed there. It was a pretty and quiet location. It is in the heart of Torrey, so easy access to everything there as well as a short drive to Capitol Reef. The host was very quick to respond to messages. I would stay there again.

A beautiful place to Stay

A wonderful place to stay in a beautiful setting. The sunsets from the balcony were gorgeous with mountain views. The Nest was perfect in every way. Great property! Some places look like the pictures.. but not really. Same here but in a good way! We loved the place and so convenient to visit Capital Reef. We would definitely stay there again.

Hidden gem!

This stay far exceeded our expectations! We loved being so close to the park in this impeccable clean and comfortable apartment. It was fun to be so close to the little General Store, the Trading Post and the Capitol Burger food truck. There isn’t a better location in Torrey. The owners were responsive and the apartment is well furnished and so clean and comfortable. Lots of details that made it more comfortable. Our teenage boys were very happy. We loved the chickens out back and the clear stars at night. We would come again in a heartbeat!

Great stay near Capitol Reef!

Brand new, very clean, and a great location-walking distance to Torrey with restaurants and a great coffee/pastry place, and just a few miles from Capitol Reef. Worked great for my 2 sisters and I - we each had our own (very comfy) beds. A nice little balcony overlooking the fields and mountains beyond. A very nice and comfortable stay.

Great Apartment

This is a great above garage apartment. New build with nice finishes. Better in person than pictures can show. It’s a great place to hold up while visiting all the sights around Capital Reef NP.

Nice property right in the middle of Torrey

So close to Capitol Reef. Unit was very clean, easy communication with owner, and we had no issues during our stay. View from the back balcony was beautiful. Would def stay here again if we return to the area.

Amazing views, Great location

This property has amazing views and is located within walking distance to downtown Torrey. The property was spacious and has all the kitchen amenities you need. The views from the back deck are amazing and it’s so close to Capitol Reef National Park. We would definitely stay here again. You can pick up a boxed lunch from Chuckwagon to take with you to Capitol Reef and I highly recommend Color Ridge Farm and Creamery.

Wonderful place to stay to visit Capitol Reef National Park. The rental is very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Hosts are very friendly. Can't say enough about how much we liked it!

This lovely location is located close to everything in Torrey - restaurants and stores. It is very quiet and private lots of room to stretch out. Well stocked kitchen and friendly owners. Beds were very comfortable.
