Cocoonr is offering this charming duplex with sea views for rent in the town of Bénodet, just 100 metres from the beach, complete with a swimming pool. It measures 31 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, one bedroom and two bathrooms. Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 15 m² living area with a sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, Nespresso capsule machine, dishwasher, hob…
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Upstairs
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and an en-suite bathroom with a bath

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional items: a cot, a fan, an iron and an ironing board.

Outdoors:
- A swimming pool (private, heated) open from April to October, secured by a cover and a fence. Opening dates are subject to favourable weather conditions and are not binding.

The flat enjoys an ideal location in Bénodet, in a peaceful and pleasant setting. Direct access to the beach is via the residence’s communal garden. Nearby, you’ll find all the essential shops, restaurants and bars, as well as a traditional market (on Mondays) and various boutiques. A supermarket is also just a 5-minute drive away.

- Bus: bus stop for journeys to Quimper.
