A utility room is available with washing machine, dryer, and all necessary cleaning equipment (vacuum cleaner, broom, etc.).

The house offers three spacious bedrooms overlooking the garden:

Two bedrooms with 160 × 200 cm beds

One master suite with an electric adjustable 180 × 200 cm bed

The master suite includes:

a PMR-accessible walk-in shower,

a ceiling rail patient lift transfer system,

a relaxing “Zen room” with a sofa bed.

An additional bathroom is also available, featuring a shower and a whirlpool bathtub with light therapy.

The villa is equipped with touch-sensitive switches to control lighting and electric shutters.

An external video surveillance system is installed on the property and will be fully disconnected during your stay.

Outside, guests can enjoy a large 80 m² tiled terrace with outdoor lounge furniture and a Weber electric plancha grill (available from April to October).

The property also features a private swimming pool measuring 7 m × 3.5 m, equipped with an electric rolling cover.
The pool is open from July to September, depending on weather conditions.
