Paradise awaits you at this luxury Gulf-front Penthouse condominium that sleeps 6 adults. Enjoy spectacular and unobstructed SKY VIEWS of the Gulf of Mexico’s sugar-white sands and emerald-green waters from this exclusive unit. As you enter, you are greeted by a spectacular view of the Gulf that invites you to relax and unwind.
Throughout the condo you will find upscale finishes such as soaring 11-foot- trey ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, crown molding, tile flooring, and granite countertops. Relax on your private balcony (which can be accessed from all of the bedrooms and living room) while relishing in the picture-perfect views of the Gulf of Mexico and Intercoastal Waterway, all while enjoying beautiful sunrises and sunsets while watching dolphins play in the waters below. The 170-square-foot balcony with outdoor furniture also features a built-in electric grill, perfect for outdoor cookouts year-round! Portofino Features: A 21,000 sq ft. Lifestyle Center on-site includes a European spa, concierge services, fitness center, and restaurants. The amenities are endless: five rubico tennis courts, the Portofino Market, Starbucks Café, smoothie bar, heated indoor Olympic swimming pool, and two infinity-edge outdoor pools overlooking the Intercoastal Waterway. Each Tower has its own private heated pool and hot tub. All of this is on-site for your convenience, as well as, a variety of water sport rentals, bikes, mini cars, golf carts and much more. You also have the option of hopping on the trolley to explore the rest of the island's dining, shopping and night life. Portofino Resort & Residence is known for its sugar-white sandy beaches, emerald-green waters and the wonderful Intercoastal Waterway and Pensacola Beach lifestyle.

Of note, Portofino charges $80 to check in and $10-20 each additional day for their amenity fees (different per season). Amenity fee simply goes to Portofino (not to the owner) which covers your use of the resort facility pools, Jacuzzis, and fitness room.

Great location and property. Some small needs to upgrade the kitchenware, sheets, etc. Water pressure also a little underwhelming. But overall very clean and wonderful location.

My sister, 15 yo nephew and I stayed at this beautiful unit and had a great time. We liked the gorgeous views, proximity to the beach, and appreciated the fully stocked kitchen including salt, pepper, cooking spray, paper towel etc (other places we’ve been to don’t supply those) and the beach closet. There is also a great trail running alongside the road in front of the property that we enjoyed walking every morning. Would definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us.

Views from every room were breathtaking as advertised! The suite was very clean and the beach and pools were great. The resort itself has so many amenities you don’t even have to leave the property.

Best condo on the beach we have ever stayed in! Had everything we needed and more. Supplies like toilet paper, soap, paper towels were in abundance and that’s a big deal! Most places only give you one of everything and this condo was fully stocked and it made a difference for us. View is fantastic. Owners responded to questions and were very helpful. We will be coming back to this same property.

Beautiful condo, highly recommend!

This is a beautiful condo in a fantastic resort. The views are amazing! Great view of the gulf and the bay. The pools are great. We’ve stayed at Portofino a few times and this is the best condo we’ve had. Very comfortable with all of the extras to make the stay even better. Great communication with the owners. We will definitely try to book this unit again on our next trip to Pensacola! Highly recommend it!

Perfect Getaway

I booked this condo for my husband's 40th birthday beach vacation! The property was just as decribed, even more breathtaking in person! Equipped with everything we could have needed and or wanted! We have found our new home away from home and will definitely be booking again! Hillary was amazing to work with, very prompt in her responses to anything we needed. There was a little mishap during the check in process, but she took care of it within a matter of minutes! Looking forward to our return!

Beautiful and beachfront

We had a fantastic time at the penthouse condo. Portofino is beautiful, one of our favorites. We’ve stayed at many different units and this was one of the best! There were a lot of thoughtful touches. Was fully equipped with everything we needed. It was immaculate. And the view was unbelievable. We even had the unique opportunity of a Blue Angel flyby… Practically at eye level!

I had no idea this resort existed in Pensacola Beach. I came simply for the beach and ended up loving the pool and spa too. I loved everything about my stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Heavenly Oasis on the Beach

The hosts send a fact filled file of condo details and local dining and activities before arrival. Excellent communication with prompt replies. Well furnished; comfortable bedding; large unit; gorgeous balcony over looking Gulf Island National Seashore, Gulf of Mexico, and the sound. Easy check in and check out; late departure of 11 am instead of 10 am much appreciated! We would recommend and stay again. Thank you!

outstanding place

The place is outstanding. Neat, clean, and fully appointed. As advertised. We had an enjoyable vacation and everything worked as it was supposed to. Thanks to the hostess for being extremely responsive. She has everything you need for the beach stacked in one of the closets. So two ppl wouldn’t need to purchase beach service. We met amazing residents and guests like us and hit it off with staff at the starbucks counter, the bushwhacker bar and both the restaurants (indoors and outdoors) - all of whom were excellent. Portofino’s front office isn’t the best in terms of either friendliness or responsiveness but that isn’t the hostesses fault.

Home and the hooplah

Could not have been more satisfied with every-single-thing here. Easy check in, gorgeous views, food, convenience, activities. And mostly, this unit! Hillary is a doll to work with, easy peasy. We will be back even though we didnt come from far! Hahah, see you next time.

May 2024 visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Portifino and specifically this unit. We appreciated the extra effort in the details and especially enjoyed having reclining sofas for those times when we were in the room. The view was breath taking and we look forward to many return visits.

Quick Beach Trip

This was an amazing property. We stay at Portifino a lot and this was by far a superior unit to rent. We will for sure be staying here again! Check in was super fast and communication was incredible.
