An amazing stay!

I stayed at Hochatown Treehouse with a group of friends and everyone had the BEST time. Plenty of room for everyone. The movie room and shuffleboard was a huge hit. Close to everything in town. Kevin was very communicative before and throughout the stay. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Thanksgiving 2025

Our family stayed at this beautiful cabin Hochatown Treehouse for Thanksgiving 2025. The kids have their own space (bunk beds, media room) below the main floor which is nice to help reduce the noise level from all the fun they're having. Plenty of room in the cabin and nicely furnished. The cabin is very close to town and lake activities. Everyone loved the cabin and agreed this is a place where we would stay again. The host Kevin was very responsive to our inquiries and you could tell our enjoyment was his top priority! THANKS KEVIN!

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Nice property, great location and Kevin was a wonderful host. Everyone had a great time, especially the kids who enjoyed the movie/game room. Will definitely consider staying here again when we visit the town next time.

Very pleasant laid back stay in the Tree House!

This cabin is very comfortable, well equipped and will accommodate a huge family. Fortunately we were sent to the house as our original rental lost power during a storm. We're a couple traveling by ourselves and there was more rooms that we didn't go to. Looks like a good place for a reunion, friends gathering with lots of space for visiting, eating and drinking.

Unforgettable time with Family

The cabin was perfect for my family. It was a beautiful cozy home to spend time with my parents and siblings. All the kids enjoyed the game room/movie room. Bunk beds were a hit as nieces and nephews got to have fun all together. The house had everything we needed and more.

Perfect Getaway

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful. The cabin was spacious and yet cozy. The owners truly went above and beyond to make it comfortable in every way. We did have an issue with one fireplace and after contacting the owner, the issue was fixed shortly. I truly don't have anything negative to say. Thank you so much Kevin and family!

Fantastic place to stay!

I cannot say enough positive things about this property! My extended family got together here for a short vacation. The cabin is huge, so we all had plenty of space. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. And there is a fantastic movie/game room. The kids in our group especially loved the arcade games. Also, the location of this property is perfect! It was located about 10-15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go, i.e., the attractions, lake, hiking trails, and restaurants. We definitely hope to come back soon!

It was an amazing experience

It was very clean and spacious, the owners responded to our request super fast and took care of any issue that came up. (Needing a new broom )This house was perfect for our family vacation of 11 adults and 5 kids. We all slept comfortably and would definitely stay here again! The movie room was the seller for us . (Kids really enjoyed it )Walking distance to some of the popular attractions and minutes away the lake and walking trails . I will definitely be booking this cabin in the future .

Amazing Spring Break!

This was our first time in the Hochatown/Broken Bow area. We loved our trip so much, that we will be making this an annual event for the family. The main attraction for us was the cabin. Our family has stayed at many vacation rentals, and this property was by far the best home we have ever stayed in. The check in process and communication with the property management company was amazing - like responding to an email in 5 minutes amazing. The cabin was very clean, was well stocked with nice plates and pots/pans and far exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect, tucked back in a neighborhood with plenty of room to explore. I would highly recommend this cabin to any family wanting the best experience!

Awesome place!

The house is set up perfectly. There’s plenty of things to do for all people of all ages. There’s activities inside and outside! We had 12 people, including (2) 5 year olds. There was never a dull moment. Kevin is the nicest person we’ve come across on VRBO and we appreciate them working with us with some bad weather. The house was extremely clean and had a great assortment of kitchen tools and gadgets. 100% will stay here again. Thank you for the great time!

GREAT company retreat!!

This is the second time we have stayed at the Hochatown Treehouse for our company retreat and it was another 5 star weekend. The hosts were very responsive and helpful from booking until our trip was complete. They are quick to answer any questions we had and made the experience so easy. We were even more impressed because since our last stay (Oct 2022) they have made improvements - several of which were our suggestions. They added a bathroom to the downstairs bunkroom and string lights on the porch. The cabin is beautiful, nicely stocked and the perfect size for our group of 10 ladies. We will definitely be coming back next year!!

Awesome Thanksgiving!

The Hochatown Treehouse was an awesome place for our family's Thanksgiving and Patrick is a great host. The downstairs (basement) was setup perfectly for all the kids with Bunkbeds and media room, the main floor was setup with a great kitchen lots of seating at the table and bar stools around the kitchen island. Plus, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs, provided a great sleeping area for the adults. Lot's of TV's to watch the football games, and my favorite spot was the patio with TV over the fireplace overlooking the trees in the back that provided privacy and nature. The weather was absolutely perfect, and everyone enjoyed their time immensely! I highly recommend this for your family outings! Definitely 5 stars!

Great location and great experience

We are a group of 4 families with kids that range from 5 to teens. This is our third year doing a trip to Broken Bow and I must admit the overall experience was one of the better ones. I think the property manager Kevin really was the key to putting this over the top. He clearly loves his clients and loves his property and he wants us to enjoy our stay. He was readily available via email and was very accommodating when we had to make a last minute change to our travel group. Overall the property was spacious for 16 people and the location was nearly perfect in its proximity to all of Broken Bow. Thanks Kevin for a great experience and definitely will recommend your Treehouse!

Fantastic Family Stay

This place was amazing with so many great amenities! The hot tub was a family favorite and was enjoyed several times throughout the day! My two grandsons (aged 7 and 5) absolutely LOVED the arcade game...Street Fighter was their favorite! My other grandchildren (aged 13,12, and 5) really enjoyed the movie theater room and being able to watch from their bunk beds as well. My husband enjoyed watching the OU game on the big screen! All the kids loved playing on the playset outside as well. We had a fire every night with s'mores, of course! The location was perfect because it was close enough to everything but felt like you were miles away from all the chaos of city life. The only thing that was rough were the roads getting into the cabin. We were warned and so we knew to take it slow and you definitely have to. That had nothing to do with our host! Kevin was great! Our family would highly recommend this Hochatown Treehouse! Our family of 10 had so much fun and made many memories!

Great cabin w/ some minor issues

The cabin is beautiful and very spacious. Actually, the photos don't do it justice. The property is well maintained and the communication with the host was excellent. The only two minor issues we had were with the thermostat and the wifi. With the thermostat on, all the heat runs to the top floor of the house while the bottom floor remains freezing. The difference was striking with it being shorts weather upstairs and sweater weather downstairs. People sleeping on the main floor were very comfortable, but the upstairs folks were sweating through the night. The wifi also had issues, since the system requires you to input your name and email address to get it going on a device. This was fine for phones and laptops, but we couldn't get wifi on the kids' nintendo switch and other similar devices. Relatively minor issues for an otherwise great stay!

We absolutely enjoyed this property! We had 3 families and had plenty of room. The kids loved the theater room and playground outside! We had everything we needed for cooking with plenty of dishes! The location of this cabin is perfect as well. We would definitely rent this cabin on our next trip to Beavers Bend!
