Ground floor Villa with swimming pool + petanque area - 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms

The first floor of our house is dedicated to rental, it is a space of about 70 m² which consists of a fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, Nespresso krup coffee maker, microwave, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and crockery) as well as two bedrooms each with their own bathroom or shower room and separate toilet.
You can relax and cool off in the swimming pool which will be shared with your guests. You will also have your own terrace with table and chairs, a relaxation area in the shade of the Virginia creeper and a petanque court. You will have access to a parking lot in our property as well as a charging socket for electric vehicles (for an additional fee).
Our family is made up of my husband and I, two daughters, two cats and two affectionate dogs, so we are already complete and we will not be able to accommodate your pets.
N.B: Only people who have booked will be able to enjoy the accommodation and its exteriors.

Located on the wine route, in the heart of the Comtat Venaissin, 900m from the city center of Beaumes-de-Venise, our house where vineyards and olive trees intermingle will let you discover a view of the beautiful chapel of Notre-Dame d'Aubune as well as the culminating chapel of Saint-Hilaire. On the way to come to us you will be able to admire Mont-Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail as well as many vineyards. We are located at: - 35 minutes from Avignon TGV station - 1h05 min from Marseille Provence airport - 30 minutes from Avignon - 20 minutes from Vaison la Romaine - 30 minutes from Isle sur la Sorgue - 15 minutes from Monteux with its lake and amusement parks (Wave Island and Spirou) - 10 minutes from Gigondas And other villages with Provençal charms located less than 20 minutes away.
