The owner's note:
Our grandparents fell in love with Lake Annecy and the village of Veyrier du Lac over 25 years ago. It became our favourite holiday destination.
Our parents were lucky enough to buy the cottage a few years later during their first visit to Annecy. We quickly became attached to this house which became very special for our family. Our passion for decoration led us to completely transform this place, each room has been redesigned; every object has been carefully selected to offer a typical place unlike any other holiday home. We have put all our heart and energy into making this house truly unique.
This authentic place is conducive to relaxation and rest with family and friends. The house is filled with furniture and objects brought from all over the world. This adds interest and charm to our villa. We hope you will love this place as much as we do!

Swimming in the lake is not supervised
Parties, late nights and bachelor/bachelorette parties ARE NOT ALLOWED
Check-in from 4 pm - 8 pm / 16h - 20h
Check-out at 10 am
After 10 pm, music and noise must be significantly reduced.
A deposit of €2000 will be requested upon entering the house by bank imprint (no collection). In case of non-compliance with house rules, we reserve the right to use it.
The maximum authorized capacity throughout the stay is 12 people.
A decibel sensor is placed to ensure respect for the neighbourhood.
A surveillance camera is placed in the parking areas to secure the parking.
