Welcome to Crimson Chimes!

Crimson Chimes is formerly named YamaBama. This luxury and newly furnished condo overlooks the UofA Practice fields. You are able to walk to the stadium, Coliseum, Aquatic Center, and more! You can't ask for a better location. The condo is located just 0.5 miles from the stadium! The condo is equipped with a grill, TVs in all rooms & balcony, as well as plenty of games! There are complex workout facilities just down the hallway from the unit & and a complex industrial ice-maker for your game day needs! There are 2 elevators for the complex. This is NOT a pet friendly property!

As of September 2025, the pictured bunkbed is now a Queen. The first bedroom has a king bed with an attached bathroom that has a tub shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bathroom is located right next to this second bedroom and has a walk in shower.

** Guest are NOT allowed to be on the balcony during Alabama Football Practice. Hefty fines are given out if violations occur.**

We are here to make your stay a wonderful one. We know we’ve done our job well when you ask about coming back to stay with us again. We love having repeat guests, because it feels like family or close friends coming home for a visit. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions!

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
