A new construction whole house rental with four bedrooms each having its own private bathroom with shower. Everything is brand new from the furnishings , decorations, to the appliances. In a quiet neighborhood approximately one mile from downtown. Have a larger party rent the property next door and enjoy the amenities of both places. A security device covers the parking area and yes, the trolley will pick you up out front. If you want something that’s clean and new, this is for you. Just opened October 2021

The whole home was immaculate! Every room detail matched and was homey and cozy but not cluttered. Nice, open space for the 8 of us to comfortably hang out. Would definitely stay again!

Great house in Hermann

We loved this house. The best part is having a bathroom for each bedroom! The house was clean and updated. It was close to many of the places we visited while in Hermann. Would definitely recommend!

Great property for a group

This is the perfect place to rent if you are traveling with friends. There are 4 bedrooms, all with king beds and private baths. While the property is not on the main drag, it is easy to arrange the shuttle. We would absolutely rent this place again. My only suggestions would be more seating in the living room for groups of 6+ and possibly a Keurig instead of a traditional coffee maker.

Outstanding Weekend!

This place is amazing! There were 4 couples, everyone had their own space but yet also had a great place to hang out in the middle of the house. The patio in front was perfect. It was such a great weekend. The owner responded very quickly to answer my question. It was about a grill which we didn’t have time to use but he went above and beyond. At the time he responded they didn’t have one and then before we went he responded back and had gotten one. The property was clean and had everything we needed, kitchen will equipped. I would highly recommend this property. We would definitely stay here again.

Cousins annual trip

Great place for our annual first cousins trip with 8 females! We all loved the fact all the beds were King size, and each bedroom had their own bathroom, dresser, side tables with lamps and USB ports. The showers were a little small but had great water pressure. Quiet and convenient location in Hermann. The house was very clean. Agree with prior comment that porch steps blends in with sidewalk & could be hard to see for some people. There are no closets in the bedrooms. Only hooks on the walls. I was glad I had brought hangars & used them on the hooks since I have encountered this issue before. Would have liked if some of the counter stools had chair backs on them. The owner always responded very quickly if we had any questions. We all really liked the house and several in our group look forward to returning to this property & bringing other friends!

Property was amazing! Super clean, well designed and decorated. Only thing I would change or add is a couple comfortable chairs in the living room. It has 2 couches that seat 6 people comfortable but we had 8 people. There are stools which are nice but needed/wanted chairs with back support. But loved the property.

We loved the house, and how each bedroom had its own bathroom! The location was awesome the trolly picked us up right at the house and brought us back. We can’t wait to stay again!

Bachelorette party

8 of us found the house very comfortable and clean. The 4.5 bathrooms made it very easy for all of us to get ready without running into each other. Coming into and leaving town was easy since we are very close to town and most of the wineries where we can drive ourselves or ride the trolly!
