Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 100 m² flat with mountain views for rent in Vassieux-en-Vercors. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 500 m². Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included - we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining area and wood-burning stove (wood provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 50 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather
- A private garden with trees of around 500 m², not enclosed.
The flat is ideally located in Vassieux-en-Vercors, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park (3 vehicles maximum).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Valence, about 75 km away
- Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint-Exupéry, about 150 km away.
A car is required to fully enjoy the region.

- Bed linen and towels included
- The stove is functional and wood is provided free of charge.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
