With room for four guests, this two-level suite allows for privacy for all. The second-floor main bedroom features a queen bed with a private bathroom. The sleeper sofa is perfect for the children. Enjoy some sun on the white sandy beach or take a swim in the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With a full-size kitchen, you can take time for a quick sandwich and then head back to the fresh air and maybe a quick dip in the shared pool. Conveniently located to restaurants and shops, Sugar Beach 336 is a great way to enjoy everything Orange Beach has to offer.

House Rules
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Short stay

We stayed for 2 nights and this property was fine for our short stay. It was very clean and convenient to everything. The property itself could benefit from some tlc especially the doors and downstairs bathroom.

Ac dirty dryer broken outlets are fallling out wall carpet dirty bed mattress terrible. Toliets stopped up. Dirty fans ceiling fans terrible. Not enough lightning. No extra blankets bathroom needs caulking.

Very Nice!!

We loved it here! It was a little older but clean accommodation and easy to get around the facility. The three pools were great as you could always find room. And the beach bar was very convenient!!

Love having in trash bags soaps and shampoo. And a great location. Easy to park at. Very clean would write this a place to take your family. Enjoyed our stay.

Property was dirty, old, and broken -- the floors were dirty, lamps were broken and/or unplugged, the handrail to the upstairs was broken and was a safety concern, the utility door was broken and hanging off the rail, there was damaged trimming, and the pictures did not show an accurate depiction of what the property was. The host was responsive but there was confusion on my end on the availability due to the host being a company versus a specific person.

Pretty good place

We had a great time. The unit could use a little tlc but overall everything was great. Stove is a little old but works fine. Unit was clean and everything we needed was provided.

Loved my stay here. It was the perfect condo for me. Furniture was comfy! I dont think there was actually a hot tub...but there are 3 full size pools (the 2nd level one was my fave) and a 1 ft. wading pool. beach access was perfect. parking was a little tight if you dont have a compact car. I would absolutely book again!

Condo was great for location, we truly only used it to sleep / get ready for the days at the beach / going out. Could for sure use some updates, the bathroom had some previous damage to the sink counter, and the shower was less than favorable. Both the main bedroom bed and pull out couch were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever felt. One of the elevators was out of service during our entire stay and that was extremely inconvenient, we were only notified a few days before the trip and it was rough having only one working elevator for the entire complex. Pros: direct beach access, great working AC, and the building was pretty sound proof (which is great bc who wants to hear other people during vacation), the snack shack was also awesome, pretty good lunch food snacks and drinks options They also said the parking fee can only be paid with cash, this is not true. The parking attendant said card can be used. Beach access and the pools were fantastic.

Good location

The condo needs a lot of upgrades. From ceiling fans to balcony furniture. Living room TV needs replaced and centered on the wall. Bed was smaller than advertised and needs the mattress replaced badly. Even with these things will still had a good time on our trip.

We didn’t even stay. Had to get a hotel. Moldy, smelly. Gross. No refund. Someone was supposed to meet us be etc did. Everything is dirty and falling apart.

The unit was clean, but could definitely use some TLC and upgrades. The ceiling fan in the bedroom needs to be replaced, as it shakes badly when it’s on any speed. The bed in the bedroom is listed as a queen, but it’s too small to be a queen. Full size bed maybe, and is very uncomfortable. The A/C doesn’t work very well, but would probably work better if the filter was changed. (It was very dirty) Overall we had a nice stay, the unit could just use some improvement. We did love how close the property was to the beach.

Ok, not great.

Room was clean where it counted but could use a dusting and thorough walk thru for items that need attention. Everything needed for a short stay. Top electrical receptacles in main room didn’t work. No blanket for pull out bed. Water in toilet upstairs ran constantly and had to be adjusted after every use. Dryer worked fine but was very squeaky and probably has a bearing going out on drum. No remote to be found for tv downstairs. Good proximity to beach and pool. $30 to park and the attendant was as helpful as a stump. Not complaining just honest and constructive criticism from someone who has ran a lodge and rooms myself. For the price I would look elsewhere.

Condo was comfortable and pretty well equipped, but needing some TLC. The furniture in the bedroom needs repair. Drawer pulls on some drawers were missing. Some of the drawer tracks were broken.
