This two-level suite has enough space and privacy for everyone. The second-floor main bedroom features a queen bed with a private bathroom. The sleeper sofa is perfect for children. Enjoy some sun on the white sandy beach or take a swim in the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. With a full-size kitchen, guests can assemble a quick sandwich before heading back out into the fresh air or maybe a quick dip in the shared pool. This home is conveniently located close to restaurants and shops, making Sugar Beach 316 a great way to enjoy everything Orange Beach has to offer.

House Rules
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Parking spaces are a little tight, but to accommodate a vehicle for each unit, I guess that should be expected. The unit itself was nice. There were a couple small issues, but nothing that really made our stay any less enjoyable. The pool and pool area were clean, and the property is right on the beach. The bed was squeaky but surprisingly comfortable. The biggest drawback was the dryer didn't dry, but it has been reported. I would definitely recommend this property and will book it in the future if it is available.

A Cozy Little Place

Very pleasant stay. A cozy little condominium with all the basic amenities. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a nice little vacation on the Gulf. I will certainly look to book it again in the future.

Orange beach getaway

Clean apartment. Needs updating and upstairs needs to be cooled. Box fan provided helped keep the cool air circulating. It was perfect for my daughter and I. Would stay again

The bed was awful

There was mold in the bathrooms. The stove smoked when you turned a burner on. The bed was awful. I’ll never stay at this property again.

Okay

We needed two beds. One is the pull out couch. They provided a twin fitted sheet instead of the required full sheet. That’s a big miss. It is a critical part of the stay. They did have ice made in freezer. That was nice. They could use trash cans in the bathrooms.

The location is excellent and the beach is beautiful! The interior of the condo is somewhat outdated with need of some painting, flooring, and an overall refresh. The bed is 90% worn out! Along with that the sheets are scratchy with the fabric balled up and irritating.

Could have been a better stay

Floors were filthy at check in , downstairs bathroom had a totally nasty & mildewed shower liner, the smoke alarm kept going off until my husband finally changed the batteries out in the middle of the night. Also upstairs tv never worked right & we had to put new batteries in both remotes.. Didn’t see property mgr. till 24 hrs. after we called & we had already fixed the problems ourselves. Condo badly needs updates too. Wish I could have given a better review because we love coming to orange Beach.

Underwhelmed

The property is underwhelming and in need of a facelift. The bedroom carpet is old and stained. The mattress is very uncomfortable. The box fans that were on to help cool the upstairs down were dusty and dirty. It was not a clean feeling that took away from the enjoyable experience, even though aesthetics and comfort are not high priorities. We frequent Orange Beach multiple times a year and this was our least favorite spot by far.

Summer vacation

This place was terrible. The pictures online are not anything like the actual condo. This place was disgusting including mold in every vent!! We called and complained and even sent pictures and all they did was come and paint over the mold on the vents!!! Not safe at all!! I was in contact with the group Vacasa which was the rental company and they didn’t do anything about any of my concerns. The first night in order to get our showers to drain I had to physically get giant hairballs out of the drains!! That was disgusting because it was not our hair and I should have never had to remove anything like that. We had to hold the handle down forever for the toilet to flush!! There were plungers in every bathroom and extra in the closets which tells me they have issues already! I have rented before through Vrbo and never had anything happen like this. Not to mention we were supposed to check out of this miserable place by 10 and the cleaning crew showed up at 9:15 and came in our family!!! I had to let them know we were not leaving until 10 and they didn’t even apologize or anything!!! I asked to be moved on Saturday and we did not get anything back from local management at all!!! So we had to stay in this horrible place until Wednesday!!!

We were looking for somewhere to stay after Tim McGraw concert and this was perfect. Condo on the gulf and also 3 pools plus a kiddie pool. Our grandkids had a great time in the pools all day. Condo was very clean and we were close to everything.
