Things to Know
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

Buildings 1 - 5 are currently undergoing overhead/ balconies/ walkway spot repairs estimated time of completion should be Dec. 1, 2025. Jackhammering should be completed by May 1st.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Beach view is fantastic!!

Great location and easy access to the beach and pool. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. I suggest getting a more comfortable couch - if possible :)

Great view of the ocean

This condo was great. We had a group of 6 and it was a little tight with 2 on the sleeper sofa, but it would be perfect for a group of 4. Amenities were nice and the view of the ocean was wonderful. Only thing I really didn’t like was having to pay $50 for a parking pass - which the listing didn’t mention it’s max 2 cars per condo. Overall 4.8/5 I’d definitely come back.

Clean!

This property had everything! The view with a nice balcony, CLEAN, suitable kitchen for all your cooking, nice bedroom sizes, 2 bathrooms was fantastic with a teen!Plenty of towels. Nothing to complain about! Access was easy! We brought blankets because one review mentioned no comforters, it’s just very thin. TVs in the rooms, there was beach chairs, I didn’t realize until we left. This was a great find, highly recommended.

3404 Seaside Review

The room was nice and the bed very comfortable. The hallway bathroom needed more attention to the cleaning. Behind the door was dirty, some mold around the tub bottom edge where the tile meets and the exhaust vent fan was coated with dust. The sliding door would not lock properly. There was no salt/pepper (there is now) or wine opener in the room. The rest of the room was nice and the view was super. For the money it was a good deal.

No comforter or duvet, inadequate bedding

Inadequate bedding, cheap, scratchy sheets, NO comforters, or duvets on any bed. There were also no blankets for the master bedroom. I did find two fleece blankets for the twin beds stuffed in the top of the master closet. Both smelled musky and one was stained. So I had to spend time washing them. In the kids bedroom closet, they stored a mop, brooms, vacuum and cleaning supplies. Old, cheap towels with strings hanging off and the fabric piled. The beds are also not solid beds, they are basic rolling metal frames attached to headboards, and there is no bedskirt. There are also no rugs anywhere in the property. Absolutely no extra comforts and definitely not luxury as the title claims. This is a very basic beach condo in an older building. They do have some new countertops in the kitchen and a recently tiled master shower. The balcony was great and beach access was as expected. We called to report the bedding and asked for comforters as we did not have anything to keep us warm. Vacasa told me they would bring me three comforters. A day later, a housekeeper showed up at the door with one thin blanket for the master bedroom. The housekeeper informed me that the property owners do not provide their own linens, and they use the linen rental that Vacasa offers. We had friends staying in the condo next-door, which was an Airbnb. They had wonderful beds, soft sheets, and every bed had a comforter plus an extra blanket and two pillows per person. Luckily, our neighbors had an extra comforter which I borrowed for the duration of our trip. Vacasa is not a local service and they say that they have a local team but they don’t and they have no way of providing any fix for any situation that you encounter. I would definitely avoid any property managed by this company and I would definitely recommend that the owners invest in some actual bedding, so that guests get what they pay for. Also, the communication from the property management company told us our parking pass would be $35. When we showed up at the guard gate it was $50.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean, amazing view!

We had a wonderful relaxing week at this condo. We have stayed in a lot of different beach front condos over the years but every one was missing something. This one checks all the boxes. The design was beautiful, the furniture was comfortable including the beds! The place was so clean, the location is in the middle of everything you could want. I love that the balcony is completely private on both sides. You can sit out there and enjoy the amazing ocean front view in your pajamas without having the neighbors looking at you. We've found our spot on the ocean! We hope to come back every year!

Great accommodations

In addition to the great accommodations, we enjoyed the ocean view, the easy access to the beach, being close to fine restaurants and stores, and the overall pleasant atmosphere City of Orange Beach.

Great condo

Loved the condo. Floors were a little dirty. Parking was terrible. Waited a lengthy time to check in at guard station. Traffic was in the highway waiting to turn in. Lady at Guard station very nice and helpful. We loved the easy access to beach and pools.

Great condo, OK service

This was a great beachfront condo for a stay in Orange Beach. The decoration was nice and the view from the balcony was spectacular. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only drawback was the service from Vacasa. They told us that our parking passes would be in the condo when we arrived. They weren't. When we tried to call Vacasa on their service line, we were put on interminable hold. This happened repeatedly. I finally called the reservation line and got in touch with someone who said that I should check at the guard shack. There were no parking passes for us there. The next day, I checked with the condo association's office and they said that they'd get in touch with someone they knew at Vacasa to get it straightened out. That worked. It would be nice if someone actually answered Vacasa's service telephone number, rather than putting people on hold for well over 30 minutes.

Not very clean, management needs review

Loved the condo, the decor the view. It was very dirty when we arrived. The lack of heat in both pools. Especially the outside one was ridiculous. The landscaping looked terrible, the parking area was a disaster. The slider from the balcony was terribly hard to open. The location was great. Having an email that our parking pass was I. The condo then having to make 3 Calls and ask and then drove to gulf shores wasn’t optimal. A person from Meyer showed up without calling first and walked in the condo scaring my daughters to death. I feel bad for the owners with this management company. As a hole I think there is a lot that needs to be addressed. .

Beautiful Beaches

This was a comfortable condo. Beach access was easy. Condo was stocked with towels and supplies and technology was easy to access. All appliances worked well and met our needs great. SeaSide was/is undergoing some rehab. You may have to go through scaffolding, or deal with the sand rinse stations not being operational. The tennis courts were not open due to fences being down. The condo was great, SeaSide as a facility was the only downside.
