Was decent for the price. Very clean and within walking distance to the beach. Only downside, the assigned parking spots are a little too tight for bigger vehicles.

Needs updating bad!! Very outdated. Furniture is so old not even suitable for resale. Wi-Fi would not connect one single time. No cable network! Nice location was the only good thing I can say.

R & R time

The condo was comfortable. Just the right size for us. I like that the beach wasnt crowded like it is at the big condos. The pool was too hot to use. The couch could be replaced. Other than that, it was a wonderful get away.

The best part about this room is how close you are to the beach (2 minute walk) and partial view of the beach. The room itself was just ok. In major need of update from paint to furniture. No issues just outdated

On arrival the sofa had pillows and cuhions standing on edge and the reason was because the sofa was wet, not damp but WET. We placed towels on it but it wasn’t dry until Saturday morning. The pictures and description were not at all accurate. The place served its purpose but we were disappointed. Only one receptacle in each room works and the light on dining table was faulty and kept going on and off. I straightened the closet to get the vacuum out and I cleaned the vacuum. Last but not least, the smell around this building was so bad and at the pool area too. Not dumpster but it was awful. The pool pH level was 9.3 so we stayed out of that but it was a good trip but felt like low to mid level accommodations.

Hmmm

Needs a major updating! All the furniture was very uncomfortable. The unit had a musty smell. Carpets were dirty. Should I mention the cockroach? Kitchen was well stocked and clean.

Will never use Vacasa again.

Service was atrocious. Condo was worse. After three days on the phone, was finally refunded our money as we had to find another condo extremely last minute. I would advise anyone to use another property management company for their rental needs.

Needs some owners love.

Great location, but... Needs some love from the owner. Example, patio doors that require a wrestling match to open, blinds that match and look good, a secure breaker box, and just an eye for detail. The things mentioned and unmentioned made us question the integrity and cleanliness of the property. Thank you for your time.

mold in the shower. television required wifi to operate and the wifi did not work. contacted the host but they were no help. the whole place needs work before someone pays that much and doesnt get what was advertised. i wish there was a way to get a partial refund since the house was not as its said to be.

Not our favorite

We have been visiting Orange Beach for years. This was a last minute change of plans and this happened to be available. Kitchen light did not work, no pans to put in oven to cook, broken handle for balcony, some light sockets did not work or too loose to hold a charger in and just very out dated. This unit needs LOTS of updates and care. Our Vacasa worker (Janet I believe) was great. She put in work orders for certain things but they didn’t show until the last day we were there and was only able to put a new handle on

Not what I thought it would be.

This property needs some serious updating and repairs. Furniture broken. Light fixtures broken. Holes in walls covered up by what looks like a child. Musty smelling. Can’t open dishwasher all the way to empty. Microwave has paint on inside rusting and chipped. I would never rent this unit ever again.

While the beds was probably the most comfortable furniture in the room, there was some inconveniences during our stay. Such as the stove top only having one working burner, the dresser in the second room having only two drawers useable, the closets filled up with items so not able to store personal items in the closets such as bags, per my parents the coffee pot was not working as well as a normal pot should and would taste more watered down than normal coffee. The Sofa Bed/Sofa was really worn down to the point where you thought you was sitting on the floor. The Sliding door to the balcony would not lock. Overall with the price of the room and stay for the week, it should not have been that high of a price for the room we stayed in. And the property is not a full beach front view as the description states. There are buildings in front of the place which block the beach view.

Not as advertised

The room was older, that was fine. It was in disrepair. The sofa bed is broken, so it does not sleep as many as stated, the mattresses and box springs have horrible stains, the shower curtain & rod in one of the bathrooms fell off on my granddaughter’s head, floor was dirty, there was dirty bath linens from previous occupants, a piece of pizza on a plate under the TV stand, the sliding glass door is broken and has a gap when closed allowing a constant flow of outside air, the tv has no channels in the main suite, and the ceiling is peeling off in the hall. The internet did not work at all it was advertised as a little trouble in some of the units, well 108 is one of the units. Positives great location and a clean pool. I don’t mind outdated but the whole unit is in desperate need of refresh and repair. I have pictures of most of the issues I would be happy to share
