Located just steps from the beach, this 16th-floor condo boasts a comfortable and bright interior with plenty of vacation perks like access to an outdoor pool and sauna. This Gulf-front condo is also near plenty of local attractions and activities including the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf State Park Pier, an amusement park, golfing, and dining.

After a full day of exploring the area or lounging by the zero-entry pool that overlooks the Gulf, come home to relax on the sofa and enjoy the cable TV. When the group gets hungry, take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen. Eat meals or play games together at the dining table. Rest up in the tranquil bedrooms and get ready for another day of vacation bliss. Start your next day off right with coffee on the balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air and spectacular water views. There’s something for everyone when you stay at San Carlos.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was my second time to stay at the San Carlos condominiums, and both visits have been spectacular. We went down for a long weekend, and the location of the condo is great for walking to restaurants and shops. This condo was clean and comfortable, and we would consider staying there again.

Great Place

This was the perfect place to have a girls week away. You are in walking distance to several restaurants and gift shops. The beach was nice and the pool area was clean. We will definitely be back.

Great Fall Stay

We had a great stay in the condo! We had plenty of room for the 5 of us and never felt crowded. Kitchen was well stocked, balcony was great for watching dolphins with morning coffee. Pool was cold, not the owners fault.

Long weekend stay

Great location in the heart of Gulf Shores beachfront area. Within walking distance to the area hotspots. You would never have to move your car unless you wished to venture to other areas.

Great stay

Condo was nice and spacious for our group. Building has 3 elevators, no issue being on 16th floor. Property clean and well maintained. Definitely plan to stay here again!

Loved the location. The walk to the beach was easy. The condo was nice and clean. We booked thru Vacasa that charged a 50.00 parking pass for each car . That was a little much in my opinion.

Loved, loved, loved it!

Stayed for the first time at San Carlos. It was beautiful, clean and everything described was perfect. The building manager was magnificent and even our neighbors were oh so friendly! We will be back, for sure.

Great view and location!...needs a little TLC

We were two couples in town for a Parrothead event. The condo was clean and the view was great! It's a very nice building and parking was easy. There were little things that we were disappointed in. Things like cheap towels/linens, old furniture, small coffee pot, etc. We would stay again if some things were updated.

Beautiful Condo…but

My husband and I have been visiting the Gulf Shores area for the last 10 years. We have stayed in many different beachfront condos. This was my third time staying in San Carlos. We love the San Carlos condos, however, this particular unit/owner need to address some necessary updates. The entire livingroom set/chairs were very worn and lumpy and both bedrooms mattresses were extremely worn and visibly sag. The sagging can be seen while the bed is made up and even more so when laying in the bed. Other San Carlos condos I’ve stayed in were given 5 star reviews, but this condo needs to address some comfort updates.

Gulf front condo

It was a great place to stay and relax. Beach access, pool access and exercise room nearby. Condo was clean, offered amenities with full kitchen and beds were comfortable too.

The condo was nice and clean. The building has great amen to. You will need to make sure your bring your own trash bags and blankets. The there are only sheets provided for the pull out couch.

Overall the condo was very nice and so was the view. If I had any comments it would be that you need comforters or better blankets for the beds. We ended up having to buy blankets at the store because they have less then even what a hotel has. I would also suggest adding plastic cups just because glass is risky and broken easily. There are no salt and pepper shakers and the little things you'd want to have if you are eating in. The other major complaint is that this condo does not have beach chairs that come with the condo and you have to pay to rent them which is $40 for day one and then $30 per day after that. It adds up. If these things were corrected I would definetly stay here every year for our beach trips.
