Start your day off right with coffee on the balcony where you can enjoy the fresh air and spectacular water views. After a full day of exploring the area attractions and indulging in the community amenities, guests will love regrouping and relaxing at this condo together. It boasts a beautifully furnished living room with comfy seating and a TV to gather around, and a well-appointed kitchen at the ready to prepare anything from poolside snacks to full feasts. At the end of a fun day, rest up in the tranquil bedrooms and get ready for another day of vacation bliss ahead.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fantastic vacation rental

This is very clean condo, 3 bedrooms 3 baths is so accommodating and the kitchen is well stocked. The view was awesome, beach clean and well kept, pool was nice as well when you needed a break from the ocean especially with small children. I would definitely book again.

Had the best time

Everything about our stay was amazing. It was the perfect size for the 6 of us, clean, had everything we needed and the view was AMAZING! we are breakfast on the outdoor balcony every morning while we watched dolphins swim. It was very quiet and peaceful. We will be staying here every time now.

Cheer Competition

We were in town for a cheer competition at The Wharf. The location was great. The views were amazing. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was easy to acces everything.

One of the most furnished condos no need to bring anything to cook with its well stocked. It could have had extra blankets to cover up with at night.

Amazing corner views

Beautiful balcony with comfortable sturdy furniture. 3 bedrooms with all their own bathrooms. Well furnished kitchen. I will say the condo has an older feel and could use some minor updates. The bathroom floors around the edges could use some extra cleaning in spots Due to the older grout. Elevators were fast! Pools were clean. Overall, this was a great place to stay! We would stay here again for sure.

Great ocean view

The beds was comfortable. Each bedroom had a full bathroom. Had a lot of dishes. A lot of room. All in all great place, great view to the ocean, all in all it was great. Had an outside pool and an inside pool with hot tub. Only negative thing really was in the master bathroom the jacuzzi bathtub started spraying out black mold. Needs cleaned and ran atleast once a week to prevent this from happing but all in all could not complain and would stay here again.

Perfect vacation condo!

This place was perfect! Needs a little updating but didn't bother us. Indoor pool was warm, resort was always clean, elevators were quick. Absolutely no complaints! Quick and easy access to the beach. Beautiful huge patio with tons of places to sit. Would definitely book this place again for our next visit.

Incredible views and comfortable accommodations.

The condo was the perfect size for 3 couples since everyone had their own bathroom. We loved the location as it was central to the places we enjoyed visiting. The beach was beautiful and never overcrowded. The only down side to this rental is it needed some maintenance and updating but we plan to come again next year and would rent this unit again.

Harrassed

We were constantly harassed by the security on everything! Our 10 year old could not even sit in a chair by the hot tub while we were in it. Could not use more than one cart even though there were 4 unused. Security made comment “I’ll be watching your kids” My daughter forgot arm band in hot tub security came out she apologized and called me to bring it down. Before I could get down the elevator he had come out 3 more times ! We were not the only people complaining about the borderline harassment. Also the unit needed cleaning and we hadn1 towel and 1 wash cloth per person so we did laundry every day.

Great location, easy in and out. Large balcony with perfect outdoor furniture, awesome views. Clean and well kept. Probably the most stocked kitchen I have ever visited. Indoor furniture clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Very nice

The condo was great. The balcony with beach view was perfect. Access to the beach was great but would have loved it if the condo had beach towels. Beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented on the beach so if you plan on multiple beach days, a stop at Walmart might be a better option because the rentals can be pricey. The kitchen had plenty of cookware and dishes but had no cooking basics like salt and pepper, sugar, coffee filters etc. The beds were very comfortable, however, there was only the sheet and a very light cover. I would have preferred at least a light blanket.

Great Vacation!

Loved the property and location, the condo was wonderful with the corner patio. Only issue was the master bathroom shower curtain had mildew and soap scum on it and made the bathroom smell awful. Needs to be washed or replaced!

Absolutely stunning views!

Just an outstanding property, corner Condo with incredible views of both the Gulf and back north as well. Super clean, wonderful beds, fully stocked kitchen, huge balcony. Highly, highly recommended! One down side - they only have a thin bedspread on each bed, so if you get cold at night or are staying in winter months, bring extra blankets!

Beautiful beach views!

Great room layout with bathroom per bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds & furniture. Perfect for 5 to 6 guests. The place is very clean except the floors need deep/professional cleaning by now so feet don't get so dirty walking on floors. Otherwise spotless! But the views stole the show... Dolphins, ships, waves, sunset skies, moonrises... Beautiful!

Great place on the Beach

Great location, fantastic large balcony with great furnishings and unbeatable view, nice size condo. The kitchen is VERY well equipped and the appliances are perfect. Two things made my review four stars instead of five - 1. Broken recliner and less than adequate comfortable seating in living room, and 2. Moldy jets and shower curtain in master bath. We will definitely stay at Romar Place again, and will choose this unit again if the living room chairs are replaced.

Great condo!

Everything was great. Condo was spacious and comfortable. Balcony was huge with great furniture. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were very comfortable. Condo was very clean.
