Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The apartment was easy to find, right on the beach, super cute and roomy. The view from the front door and the balcony are amazing. I love the laundry in the bathroom. The only "issues" I had was that housekeeping could pay a little more attention to detail and the apartment could use some hangars. The appliances including the TVs had a thin layer of dust and my mom found a dried up tomato under that table. This place was perfect!

Our stay was wonderful! We loved the condo! Clean and perfect amount of room for a comfortable stay. Right on the beach. Restaurant right down the road. It was perfect and will be back! We wanted to stay longer!

Perfect for our family vacation

We loved our stay here! We had 3 kids & two adults. Everything was clean, easy to find & conveniently located. The beach & the pool is truly just a walk away, which is a plus with small children. We opted for the stairs but the elevator actually works, which seems to be an issue in the bigger condo's. It was never overly crowded & everything was really nice & clean. We will definitely look forward to staying here again in the future!

Decent accommodations

Size for 4 adults and 2 children was good. Lots of cookware in kitchen. Bathtub needs more hold bars for us who are older. Loved the patio size - would be nice to have a grill available. Another feature that most rentable homes have is a booklet with all the info needed for the unit along with restaurant suggestions and key sites etc.

Prime location!

Can’t beat the location and the private beach area was never overcrowded. While the condo was dated, it provided what we needed. The beds are the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, they need to be upgraded.

Not our cup of tea…but could be for someone else

The location was not bad. We departed early due to the following conditions: > Microwave had a bad odor inside > Broken toilet / Wouldn’t flush > Uncomfortable, worn-out mattress > Stained bed linens > Non-working tv > Non-working remotes > Sticky floors > Door would not lock securely.

Everything was clean, good location with access to food, shopping and entertainment. The only issue was the door on the washing machine wouldn't latch and wasn't able to wash laundry. Would definitely stay again!

Overall great

So they should update the description of the property. I felt it undervalued it’s true location. It is beachfront as the pictures show. Our unit was pretty clean, more than most places. The bed were comfortable, the queen was squeaky when you moved, but other than that great. It had everything we needed to cook just like home. Washer and dryer a bonus. The weather was not great for our stay so we didn’t enjoy our trip as much as we hoped. But the condo was great and comfortable! We would stay here again in the future. Also parking passes were included and we had no trouble finding a place to park there.

Great location

Great location directly on beach with a patio view of the pool and the beach. Overall a great stay only complaint was you could tell the place needed a deep clean( dirty kitchen table, end tables and a layer of dust on top of everything)but for the price and location a enjoyable stay! I did contact the property manager upon arrival and they corrected everything promptly and to my satisfaction!

Broke dryer

We booked here because they had a washer and a dryer .I called Vacasa everyday day and they kept saying they would send someone but no one came then they said they would have a manager contact me to compensate us in some way and I’m still waiting to see if they ever call . We checked out Saturday and today is Monday and I still haven’t heard from anyone and doubt I will so I don’t recommend renting through Vacasa if you have other options because if something’s wrong they want help .

Great facility for the price

The room was clean, conveniently close to the water, and the beach was clean. We also had a great view of the ocean. It was very nice to have 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer.

Great Spot

I felt like I had taken a risk booking this place because it didn’t have the best of reviews from the last couple of years. It’s literally right on the beach and I was willing to take that chance. I was not disappointed at all! Looked like they had listen to other complaints from the past and took care of everything. It was clean, up to date, and just a great spot! Loved it and would 100% book this condo again!

Great location just a few things

Our overall experience was great there was just a handful of hiccups here and there. The listing had listed there being a queen sized bed, the bed was most definitely a full sized. The couch definitely needs to be updated, just wasn't very comfortable to sit on, very well used couch. The listing and other communication with the property manager mentioned a personal WiFi connection for the condo, this was a bit misleading as the internet had been shut off at that location for 172 days. We had to personally get into contact with the internet provider in order for us to have an internet connection. Overall though our experience was great!

Property was as advertised to an extent. DO NOT USE VACASA, VRBO, OR EXPEDIA TO BOOK ANY VACATION. IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG YOU WILL GET UNSATISFACTORY RESOLUTIONS. We were locked out of our rental for over an hour and a half in 95 degree heat and all of these companies refuse to do what is right to make up for this issue. We were shorted almost 2 hrs of being in our rental due to this failure at their property and nothing, absolutely nothing is being done to make us whole. BUYER BEWARE.

Nice and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay and loved the proximity to the beach. We had a few things wrong with the Unit we stayed in. The sliding glass doors wouldn't lock properly so we had to rig it and also there were multiple walls that the outlets did not work. We did mention the locks and were offered to have someone come check it out but we didn't really want anyone coming in for the short time we were there. As for the outlets we just used the ones working. Unfortunately, that left the TV in one of the rooms not working. But when your at the beach who needs a TV, right?

Needs updated bedding but otherwise a good space

Love the proximity to the beautiful beach. We have stayed at this property before (first time in this unit though). The master mattress is old and uncomfortable, as is the sofa pullout. The master bedding needs to be replaced, and there was not a blanket or comforter for the sofa pullout. If something is advertised to sleep a certain number, in this case 6, it really needs to be functional and it just wasn't. Otherwise kitchen utensils well stocked and again, love the location.

Avoid Vacasa at All Cost

Do not rent through Vacasa. Go through a local company like Bender Vacation Rentals. We traveled with multiple other families, all of which used Bender as their rental company. The elevator was down during our stay (which is not ideal for groceries, beach supplies, young children, etc). Bender proactively offered compensation to their renters for the inconvenience. Vacasa, on the other hand, provided zero compensation and simply replied with “building maintenance is not within our control.” If you value customer service, do not use Vacasa.
