This beautiful Gulf Front townhome has everything you could want for the perfect vacation. Ft Morgan Townhomes S7 has two bedrooms, one with a king and the other a queen, both with private balconies. Did I mention balconies….there are an additional two balconies on the first floor….one off the kitchen and one looking at the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf off the living room. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room which is perfect for children or teens so bring the whole family.

•The awesome kitchen features nice cabinets, tiled backsplash, granite countertops, and all the essentials you would need to fix an awesome meal or a quick sandwich.
•Dip your toes into the saltwater of the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico or build sand castles on the white sand beaches with the kids.

We loved S7!

I was a little nervous staying in a two bedroom vs a three bedroom, but S7 is so spacious! Everything worked out great for us. The condo had everything we could possibly need, and was very clean. The proximity to the ocean is something that simply cannot be beat. I have nothing but positive comments regarding this beautiful property!

Fort Morgan stay

We really enjoyed our stay at fort Morgan townhome E7. The location was good and the views were spectacular. We loved sitting on the deck and seeing the dolphins swim by. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful View and Relaxing Stay

It was a beautiful location. There was a minor water issue during our stay, but the management company responded to our call quickly. Everything else was great.

Fort Morgan Townhouse

Absolutely right on the beach. I don’t think you can get any closer. Beautiful view and a nice balcony to sit at for dinner or just to sit and watch the tide roll in and out. We had great weather and great experience. Absolutely recommend.

Great place to relax

Beaches are not crowded at all. Lots of dolphin watching and sitting in the beach reading a book. The house is great. All the necessary amenities are there. Just bring your beach chairs and a good book!

Clean and comfortable… with a view which can’t be beat!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was very quiet, clean and comfortable, there were plenty of bath towels, and everything worked as it should. And you couldn’t ask for a better view!! I loved being able to gaze out at the beach and watch the surf from both the main level from upstairs… and the townhouse has three decks - amazing! My only disappointment was that there’s no onsite recycling.

Book it!!!

We absolutely loved our time here. It is a beautifully decorated townhouse with everything you need. Just bring groceries & personal items, and you’re good to go! The beach is literally right outside. It was beautiful & almost deserted. No crowds whatsoever! If you are looking for a relaxing getaway and don’t need a lot of other entertainment, this is your place. There is only one restaurant/bar close by, which was fine with us. Gulf Shores is about 20 miles away if you want more eating options or shopping. We can’t wait to come back with our kids & grandkids!

Great location

The townhouse is in a great location, not very crowded. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes and cookware but some of the pans really need to be replaced. The outdoor grill was in bad shape on our visit in April so we brought a new one for this trip. Unit could use some work on the decks and there appears to be some issues with water leaks. AC filter was extremely dirty and they need to provide spare filters and light bulbs.

The pictures on the web were dead on. If the townhouse had been any closer to the water we would have been getting wet. When we arrived and did our walk through the place was in order and perfectly clean. We couldn't have been more pleased with the set up. The only issue while we were there was that it rained and the downstairs slider on the beach side had a small leak around the door. Management was contacted. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a family medical emergency. I was really looking forward to the whole weekend there.

Great location But had some problems

The unit was in a great spot and most of our stay was good but we had some maintenance issues. There was no hit water in the upstairs bathroom and the downstairs bathroom bath tub did not drain so we couldn’t use it. I told support about the tub but no one came out to try and fix it.

Overall good- beside endangered rat in kitchen

We loved the location, everything was great except we had a “rat” problem, & that resulted in some time lost of relaxation. We sent pictures to Vacasa & they came out on Wednesday (we arrived on Saturday) (after 2 nights of the rat eating our food/ pictures of both days sent). The lady who arrived was very pleasant and apologetic, I do think we found out where the rodent was entering but it required her, myself and My husband to help remove the oven & replace it back. I think the problem should be resolved for any future guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay, besides that incident. The actual condo is nice & the location couldn’t be better.. all new appliances, stunning views.

The place was very nice but lacked some things that other VRBO rentals we have stayed in had. This included extra wash cloths/towels, salt, and pepper, a working, toaster, and a decent grill. The grill was disgusting and we could not use, nor could we broil anything in the oven as there was no broiler rack. Each bathroom was only supplied with one extra roll of toilet paper. We would have thought there could have been a few more rolls in the cabinets in the bathroom. This place is very remote and restaurants are about 20 miles away and it takes about 45 minutes to go 20 miles. Also, it would have been nice to have access to some beach items.

First time Fort Morganers - would rent again. Townhome complex has more of a community feel. Proximity to the water was fantastic. At times we had a large chunk of beach to ourselves and had the pool as a family daily in between guests in other units. All the appliances in the unit were updated and worked well, brand new sliding doors on all balconies, nice flooring on the lower and upper levels, but carpeting on the stairs could use a good cleaning. Mattresses were a little firm and squeaky, but beds were comfortable enough. Love the count and quality of the pillows in the master bedroom. I travel with my own pillow and didn't even need it. Teenage daughters said second bedroom could have used fluffier or additional pillows. Plenty of extra linens and towels for a family of 4 - washer and dryer is an extra bonus. Balconies offered enough sun, shade, and privacy. Balcony furniture facing the ocean was decent enough (could maybe use an extra chair at the table or update the cushions on the pub height set) - nice large table for eating lunch or dinner out there. No balcony furniture on the complex facing side, but that was ok for us - we only used those to see if we could tell if the pool was occupied. Large TV in the living area was great for watching streaming service shows/movies at night (some units have such tiny TVs). TV in master bedroom has cable. Water pressure good enough and hot water lasted through 4 consecutive showers. Minor cosmetic issues throughout rental (i.e. popcorn ceiling coming off, frayed edging on the bottom of interior doors, etc.), but this is a rental RIGHT on the ocean - it gets alot of wear, tear, salt, and sand. Overall this was a great unit...could maybe use a little TLC, but it was clean enough and felt like home after the first night of sleeping there. Owners have guest books dating YEARS back and we enjoyed reading the entries (my 14 year old wanted the honor of leaving one from us). Waking up to the sight of the ocean right outside your windows never gets old. Tacky Jacks 2 - right across the street was a major plus (even though wait times can get out of hand quick). Our family would 100% rent again and are so glad locations/complexes like this exist.
