This 3 bedroom 3 bath condo has space for 12 so bring the whole family. The master bedroom features a roomy king bed while each additional bedroom features a queen and a triple bunk. There is balcony access off both the living room and master bedroom….perfect for that morning coffee while watching the sun come up. The kitchen is well appointed for even the most finicky cook and the additional ice maker at the wet bar ensures that you don't run out of ice on even the hottest summer day.
There is a boardwalk over the dunes for convenient access to the sugar white sand. Or make a splash as you dive into the salt water of the Gulf of Mexico. Refresh yourself in the resort style pool or grill out supper at the charcoal grilling area.

Quiet condo with a great view

This condo is in a smaller complex which is a plus. The location is convenient but calmer and quieter than condos located closer toward Gulf Shores. Covered parking is available, convenient when loading or unloading in the rain. Our family loved having 3 bedrooms each with its own bathroom.

Dolphin Key is a dolphin dream vacay!

This home was beautiful. Our group adored our yearly trip staying here! Easy to use elevator with carts! Easy access to beach! We were given the wrong gate code but a neighbor helped us out. Plenty of space! Beautiful view inside and out! Amazing front beach balcony! Ocean was gorgeous! Saw dolphins often! Ice maker a huge plus! Only issue was lights in master closet and master closet toilet went out but weren’t really needed. The coffee maker was broke but found out promptly that there was already a replacement under the counter. Notified Vacasa and communication was great so actually no real deal breaker issues. Rent this and ya won’t regret it!

Dolphin 3C

We recently stayed at this 3-bedroom condo, which had potential but unfortunately fell short in a few key areas. Pros: The location is convenient, and the condo is spacious, providing ample room for families or groups. The layout allows for some privacy, which was appreciated. The views from the balcony were lovely, and there’s a lot of natural light. Cons: The furniture and decor are quite dated and could use an update to feel more welcoming. Although this is somewhat expected in an older rental, the presence of roaches made it extremely difficult to feel comfortable. While we understand these issues can happen in any place, it impacted our experience greatly. If some updates and pest control measures were taken, this could be a really great place to stay. The exterminator is definitely needed!!!!

Family of 10 vacation

The condo was slightly dated and had some cracked floor tiles. That was minor as this condo had plenty of room for everyone with us. The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were the perfect layout for our family members. The view was magnificent as it overlooked the beach and the pool. It was a quick walk from the condo to the beach which was great with 6 children ages 5 to 10. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking family meals and the seating was plentiful. We got quick responses when we requested extra blankets and when the balcony door lock would not work. The repairman was there in less than 2 hours. He fixed the door quickly, and interacted with the children and even offered great tips on kid friendly activities. We sure hope to stay at Dolphin Key again.

Owners should be ashamed

The dolphin key is a great property that my family has stayed in for decades. This unit however has been abused and ignored. Dirty to the point housecleaning can’t get it clean again. Broken beds, patio furniture in the living room, squealing showers, etc, etc. I met several owners and talked to housecleaning staff, and this unit is infamous. Apparently it’s widely known how bad this unit is kept. What a disappointment in such an amazing location. For anyone looking in the area, the dolphin key as a whole is still the best experience you can find. Spread out private beach with relatively few neighbors. Small condo with easy access to beach, pool, parking, and grill area. Most of the owners take a lot of pride in their units too.

Dolphin Key 3C

Great location, gorgeous beach!! Would stay again, however different unit. Our unit needed numerous repairs/maintenence. Older coffee maker died on 1st morning, thus NO coffee! Older main tv in living area didn't respond to multiple remotes. Contacted Vacasa staff, attempted multiple days to replace/reprogram remotes, without success. Needed to watch TV during evenings in main bedroom while sitting on bed All 3 bathrooms had broken toilet paper holders. Cooking items, utensils in kitchen were older, could use replacement. Broken tiles in kitchen, one especially at the of island was a trip hazard! Email upon arrival had the boardwalk gate access code incorrect. Had to wait for another resident to let us onto the gated beach.

Dolphins Key 3C

The convenience from parking garage to elevator was great for old folks. The short distance from elevator to pool & beach was fantastic. Load in & load out was so easy. However, the condo itself could use some updating. The bathroom floor & kitchen floor were not clean. There was dust on doors. The cabinets in kitchen were sticky. We called about these issues & they were resolved that day. Jalisa came to reclean areas & did a fantastic job. The very next day the garbage disposal stopped working & backed up into the dishwasher. The front burner on the stove stopped working. We had used it the day before with no problems. Again, these issues were resolved that same day. There was rust in the dishwasher. The trash cans in kitchen both needed to be washed. We would definitely rent at Dolphin Key again but not this unit. We will tell our friends about you condo building & the many conveniences.

Great view!

We love the low volume of this condo. The beach or condo were never crowded. The Master Bedroom television had Roku/smart tv function. The Living Room tv did not have Netflix/Roku. So, the OTA channels were quite limited. Cracked floor tiles in the kitchen area and a little bit of updating would bring this up to par with the other units in Dolphin/Marlin Key, considering the pricing was near the same.

DIRTY! OUTDATED! EVERYTHING IS BROKEN! RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I’m going to be completely honest, this is the worst place we’ve ever stayed before! Where do I begin ? … We were told to arrive at 4pm, we arrived at 5:30 and the cleaners were still there. When they left, we noticed it was 2 teenage boys that were cleaning this condo. It was not cleaned properly and hadn’t been in months. The owner takes no pride in their condo! ** Shower had hair in it . ** There was a pile of dust and hair in the corners of the bathroom. ** There was chip crumbs on my bedroom rug. ** All dishes were dirty and needed washed upon arrival. * The toaster didn’t work right. * The dishwasher drawer was broken * The towel rack fell off the wall * The dryer was missing a knob * The Patio door wouldn’t close without a man tugging on it ( we had to put oil on it and it did improve but didn’t make it slide perfectly) * The return on the tub was broken and the faucet on the tub leaked over in to the floor. * The closet smelled like mildew * The comforter had a hole in covered by a tag that was stapled to it. * The bath towels were basically hand towels, we ended up buying some at Walmart. * The oven burners only work on 2 ! * The top bunk beds couldn’t be used because they were so unstable and rickety! * Wallpaoer peeling behind microwave and the bathroom. The toilet seat was chipped * The living room chair was broke down * The living room furniture was actually outdoor furniture and was so uncomfortable. * It was so outdated. Looks like it has the same furniture that was put in , when it was built in the 1980’s. It needs to be fully painted - remodeled- new appliances- new furniture! The ONLY PRO to this room was the balcony overlooking the beach. Just rent somewhere else ! Don’t Rent Dolphin Key. 3C
