Great views

This is the perfect place to stay. Cows and horse can be seen from the kitchen window and the views from the front porch are amazing. Comfy bed and nice towels in the bathrooms. Definitely will stay again. Great value for the price.

Nice place but difficulty finding.

Everything is new and it is a very nice place. Huge refrigerator and a nice kitchen. There are new Roku tv's in all the rooms. The address on the listing took me to downtown Ulysses. This place is about 5 minutes out of town. The address is not on google maps (new properties) so ask for the address of the place across the road.

Cute house in the country

We were looking for a place where we could ride our ATVs and UTV right from the house. This place was amazing! Cute little house was perfect for the 5 of us. We loved the country farm area and enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning. We also liked being able to keep our ATVs in the garage. We rode right from the house and were gone all day, but came back and made dinner on the charcoal grill. We also went to The Downey's and Gods Country Creamery. The owners had a manual on the table explaining the house, check out procedure, and attractions in the area. Thank you for a great stay. We'd love to come back!!

Just what we needed

Really nice layout and comfortable all around. Beautiful view from the front porch and the rooms were very nicely decorated and roomy. Could use more detail for check in upfront, but owner was very responsive and helpful when asking how to get in and finding the house in the dark. The garage was awesome and made it easy to get kids in and out in the rain. Thanks and well done!

Not well supported

First off, I never paid this rate for a property that did not have AC. I neglected to check as it was a premium rate and it was new construction. Trying to find the property at 3 am was frustrating as the address given was an associated address as The new property was not updated for navigation. The directions said that the host lives across the street. Across the street was an Amish saw Mill, which would not be our host’s residence. Apron arrival the house was hot and stuffy. We opened windows and tried to sleep on the Futon bed. The bed was not comfortable, back pain the entire weekend, never experienced that before in a $200 plus rental. Futon also wrapped in plastic, which made us sweat all night, even when it was cool. No bed side lamp to be able to see in night. On the second day my girlfriend was trying to do the dishes and the plumbing under the sink completely fell apart. I was out riding at the time and received a text from her. I sent a quick email to host as I was not there and wanted to alert them to the problem. The correspondence said she lived across the street. Couple hours later I arrived expecting that someone would have attended to the alert but nothing, checked my email and there was a Response asking for more info on the leak. So I investigated myself to find that it was cheap plumbing and poor workmanship and could be fixed. As we could not operate the kitchen sink our dishwasher as it was, I changed, got my tools and fixed the problem. I did not respond to the text as I found it poor that they should rely on me to define their problem that was “ just across the street”. As our weekend wound down and we began cleaning up, we could not do our laundry as their was no dryer in the unit. The amenities did list a washer AND dryer. I take no satisfaction in writing this review as I have not written another negative review. But the standard of support that I have experience from both finer and more modest accommodations was non existent. Felt like no one was concerned if their responsibilities reflected negatively on our experience.

Great views - very peaceful!

This property was really clean and new. Well stocked with anything you could ask for! The area is right outside of town and was super quiet. The front porch has chairs to sit and view the farm scenery - very beautiful!

A trip to remember

The locations is beautiful!. You can see horses from the kitchen window!!. Property was clean, host was responsive and surroundings are gorgeous. Wish i stayed there longer. Host is flexible with requests. Would recommend staying here.

The best place to go with your family

The house was super clean. There are 2 floors and both very nice . And we also liked the view of the house with huge backyard . The hostess was friendly and attentive. The only thing that I didn’t like is that we had to drive 5 hours, but is worth it. Thank you so much

Excellent rental

We had a great time and enjoyed the property very much. Very clean and easily accessible. A bit far into Wellsboro PA but the drive is very scenic for the Northern PA region.
