Conveniently positioned to overlook Coastal Highway in North Ocean City, this two-bedroom condo offers fantastic proximity to the beach, dining, and shopping.
Enjoy a polished living space with central air conditioning, a balcony with a view of Coastal Highway, a full kitchen (with a dishwasher), and even a private washer/dryer to take care of all of your laundry needs. On the grounds, you'll also have access to a covered swimming pool.
This condo is wonderfully located one block from the ocean on the quieter, north side of Ocean City. You'll be right on Coastal Highway, which is lined with shops, restaurants, and attractions, and about nine blocks south of the Delaware state line, across which you'll find the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, plentiful opportunities for tax-free shopping, and a number of restaurants, mini-golf courses, and other activities for all ages. Northside Park, which is home to sports fields, a fishing lagoon, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and regular events, is only three-quarters of a mile south as well.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
