Located in a former farmhouse with a shared heated swimming pool (5x10 m), you'll enjoy settling into this cottage. You'll enjoy a small private terrace and a large, unfenced garden with trees and flowers, shared with the owners and guests of the adjoining cottage (independent access). A protected pond, swing set, and bicycles are available. A 70m² reception room (fireplace) is available for festive events. Parking is available. Semi-detached cottage with 2 bedrooms and 4 beds, spread over 2 levels: - on the ground floor: large living room with kitchenette, WC. - Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (1 double bed (140cm) + 1 child's bed (80cm)) - Bedroom 2: (2 double beds (140cm) + 1 child's bed (80cm)) separated by a bathroom area (power shower and sink), bench seat.
