First bedroom has a king size bed, Second bedroom has a queen bed and a pull out sofa bed. Bathroom includes a walk-in shower. Screened in porch area . Located near parks with hiking and biking trails. The Wekiva and St Johns rivers are close by for boating and kayaking. Located between Historical districts for both Sanford and Mt Dora for shopping and dining. Owners are close by for any assistance needed during your stay.

Very clean and well kept. The house had everything we needed for our stay and then some. The owner was very welcoming too! We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Loved staying here!!

The house was clean and pretty and perfect!! It’s all updated. Beds were super comfy and warm (it was cold the weekend we stayed). We did have an issue with a couple of minor things but Mike came over instantly and fixed them immediately. He was very attentive and very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him! We stayed for a soccer tournament and it was super close to Seminole Soccer Complex. I would absolutely stay there again!

Excellent place with everything you could need. Michael is a very thoughtful host. Very close and conveniently located to RBC and Ligonier Ministries! Cannot recommend enough!

Everything it was clean . The king bed is super comfortable. The host is communicative. The house it’s was surrounding the beautiful springs for hot summer. I recommend Mike cottage.

Perfect stay!

We brought out teenagers for a couple of days of going to the springs. Mike was great with local suggestions in case out plans were thwarted. His suggestions saved the day and we had a great trip! The property was beautiful and very clean! We were extremely comfortable here!

Clean and organized home

We stayed at this location to visit Kelly Park which is about 20 mins away. The home is a guest home and it is very clean and well organized. The host, Mike, is very accomodating and hospitable. We had a mix up with the dates and he was very understanding. We are very grateful! We would highly recommend this home if you plan to visit this area near Orlando.

Peaceful Weekend

We had a nice little weekend getaway. The host was very communicative. Not too far from Rock Springs which is the reason we picked this location.

You'll enjoy the surrounding wildlife!

This guesthouse was really nice! I have never stayed at such a clean rental before. My dad and I came down to FL to visit my brother's family nearby. This place was central to all of the places we wanted to visit. We loved rolling up to the stop sign and seeing a beautiful black bear emerge from the woods. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the screened in porch while hearing lots of chirps and a rooster or two somewhere nearby. The beds were really comfortable as well. I slept really well the entire time. Mike was next door if we needed him. I'm thankful that our usual VRBO was booked b/c we had a really nice time here. And you will too!

Wonderful stay

Overall, this was a perfect 2 bed 2 bath property with lots of space to park. Fully equipped kitchen and fit all of our needs while being comfortable, relaxing, and good for our kids. Would stay again.

We enjoy so much our staying at the house,for the second time we visit here Was the perfect relaxing spot to come back after house hunting in Orlando. Cottage Hideaway

This was the first time my wife and I booked with a VRBO property. We were a little unsure about the process. Right from the very beginning the hosts were there every hour of the day ready to assist us in any way necessary. The hosts gave us maps and suggestions as to the best eateries and the best sights to visit. They were very respectful of our privacy and comfort. We would not have any problem recommending this property to anyone and if we return to that area we will look for its availability. Thank You for a good experience. John & Lorene.

Nice little place

The home was exactly as described and easy to find. Owner lives next door and is involved in the check in process to provide door code, review rules and sign off that everything is in order. Had no problem with this, just different from my other property stays. Rooms had fans which we love. Had coffee, tea and ice available to us. Beds were comfortable as well. Loved the screened porch to enjoy coffee on the cooler mornings. The only thing that may be an issue for some was the privacy of the bathroom. It is a barn door with no luck and a small gap. Overall a great property, very nice host! Would stay here again

Great Hosts, Quiet Neighbourhood

Myself and two other friends were there for a fishing tournament. The location had a lot of parking and the hosts were helpful in expanding parking to suit our needs with three trucks and three boats. Everything was as advertised and i would certainly stay again

Much needed mini vacation

We will be back to stay at this lovely cottage. The owners supplied everything you would need to relax on your vacation. There was plenty of towels, dishes, plates and cleaning supplies. It was clean and spacious. They provided a nice play area for our dogs to play while we relaxed on the patio during the morning. The owners also gave great recommendations on where to eat and swim. The King bed is so comfortable. I didn't want to go home to my own bed. Thank you, Mike and Shawn, for being such great host. We will see next time. ;)

Very nice accommodations

Very clean...super comfy bed...loved the reverse osmosis water...private...beautiful shower..very nice owner...only disappointment was that I thought it would be right next to the entrance of Rock Springs, but it was actually on the other side of the park so it took us 15 min to get there...tip:if you are going to Rock Springs, get there around 630am to be able to get in (on weekends)

Perfect everything!

If i could give a 10+ stars i would. Thank you so much Mike and Shawn for your ospitality and for your great place you serve.We have such a nice relaxing time in the area and staying at your house made everything perfect.Such a lovely place,very very comfortable beds, large space,everything you need from coffee to doing your laundry after you come from the Springs.We spend most of time at the park 3 minutes away from the house,place that Mark recommended and was amazing for my kids,they recommend some very good local place to eat and everything was amazing. We plan to come back soon for a longer staying,we literally found a new favorite place to stay in the area.Much appreciation from our family and see you soon!
