You also have access to the garage, where there is a washing machine, an electric plancha and space to store your bikes and beach gear.

On the 1st floor:
2 bedrooms, one with a 140x200 bed, the other with a 90x190 bed and a trundle bed, i.e. two 90x190 beds.
A bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet.
A mezzanine: relaxation area and/or office.

You have access to a terrace with garden furniture to enjoy your outdoor meals and a garden without vis-à-vis.

You have access to all the rooms of the house, as well as the exterior.
