Park Place Condo - Book Now for Gameday!

Welcome to Krewe at Park Place!

This condo is conveniently located at Park Place Condominiums, and under a mile from the stadium! The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is newly decorated/furnished! It is within walking distance of everything you may need! This is NOT a pet friendly property.

The condo has a large open concept living, dining and kitchen area that is gorgeously decorated. The whole family can enjoy time together in the living room watching the Alabama game or eating a homemade dinner that was prepared in the beautiful kitchen. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need during your stay to make a dinner or tailgate treats, there is also a starter set of coffee supplies for the Keurig and traditional coffee pot.

The first bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a King bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The final bedroom has 2 Twin XL beds that can be pushed together to make a King. The bathroom attached to the third bedroom has a walk-in shower and access to the hallway.

Outside there is a lovely balcony that has a gas grill, TV, and seating. Enjoy some time on the 4th Floor Penthouse, fresh air on the balcony, or take some time and work out at the fitness center!

*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*

*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals Rules forms and photo ID verification directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*

Krewe Place was perfection

We had 6 adults staying here. Location was the best. Amenities were great. Kitchen was stocked! Beds were also very comfortable

We love this property it’s perfection!!! Beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable and amazing location!!! Bedrooms are big with on suite bathrooms and a very large kitchen! We highly recommend this property!!!

It was the perfect place for our family to spend Thanksgiving and attend the game. The apartment is perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect with the ability to walk to everything!

Upscale and Convenient

Very nice condo with space for our whole family. Walking distance to stadium and local restaurants and attractions. Balcony was a nice spot to drink coffee and watch game day. Quick response from property manager willing to make our stay enjoyable. We will stay again!

Amazing Stay

We stayed here while visiting both of our sons at Alabama and had an amazing experience! The condo is beautifully decorated and location is perfect! It truly felt like a home away from home! Kim, our host, was so attentive to every aspect of our stay...from the very beginning until the very end! We felt so welcomed and truly enjoyed our visit. We hope to stay here again...it far exceeded our expectations!

The furnishings are stunningly beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, bakeware and cooking utensils, which makes cooking a pleasure. The beds and linens are incredibly comfortable and the towels are thick and luxurious. Every detail is provided from paper products to laundry detergent and the property was spotless!We have stayed at Bama B&B vacation rentals a number of times and the folks at Bama B&B are top notch! They are so incredibly helpful and address any small thing that pops up.We had a wonderful stay and look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful, Well Stocked and Amazing Appliances

We had an Awesome Family Thanksgiving gathering this year here. The whole kitchen was completely stocked with high-end appliances and utensils, paper products, and everything needed in each room. Will definitely look to stay here again!
