Welcome to this stunning waterfront property in charming Sarasota.

Nestled in the inviting River Forest community by Phillippi Creek, you will be close to an abundance of activities from shopping, to boating to relaxing on the beach. Walking over to the local restaurants for happy hour or enjoying each other’s company on the back deck as the sun gets ready to set over the skies.

This ranch style home boasts almost 2,700 sqft of living space and spacious back deck and pool area of almost 2,000 sqft. With 4 king bedrooms and 4 baths, all your guests will have comfortable accommodations. An en suite master with a spacious dual head shower, an in-law unit with a small kitchen and separate entry, as well as two additional bedrooms both with en suite bathrooms.

The family room invites for comfortable evenings in front of the TV on rainy days, a game of pool or encourages you to hang out by the kitchen bar for a fabulous social cooking experience together on your vacation.

Outside you may want to relax in the chaise lounges or the pool to work on your Florida tan, try some fishing off the dock, grab a cocktail by the bar or enjoy hours of great conversations by the fire pit. Whichever way you decide to go, this ideal vacation home will invite you to relax and enjoy your time to the fullest.

Best house to date!

This house is the ultimate for a group get away. Glyniss, the property manager, is fantastic and very helpful. From the pool, to the cabana, to the water front house you won’t need anything except food and clothes! This was our second year at this property and we cannot wait to visit again.

This home accommodated our group just perfectly. It had lovely outdoor living space as well. It was absolutely perfect for all of us. Easy access to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again. The hostess took care of all our needs. She responded quickly and was wonderful help.

Great home for several couples, all bedrooms with separate ensuites

They thought of everything! From a baby stroller which we didn’t need to a pool deck complete with barbecue grill! We used the grill nearly every day! Property manager was fabulous and very responsive!

Great spot convenient to good food. Nice relaxing back yard setup for both kids and adults. Good fishing right off the side! Catfish galore. Pool and cabana with tv were perfect. Glynis super responsive and thought of everything across the board. Super organized and well kept house. Highly recommend for family - adults and kids.

Hidden Gem! Our new favorite place to go!!

First off…you will not want to leave! Andrew is wonderful to work with, communication was great with any questions or needs we had. Amenties are top notch, from the king bed and private bathrooms in each bedroom with everything you need, to the amazing open floor plan with a kitchen stocked with everything you may need, our favorite was the Ninja blender, and the outdoor martini glasses that my husband loved making drinks for us in. The pool and backyard is by far all of our favorite….its like your own little price of heaven with a heated pool covered dining/kitchen area, grill, lounge chairs, and a fire pit area. You feel like you are secluded in your own little tropical paradise but close to everything! You will not be disappointed at all!! If you’re considering this place….just book it!!

The perfect rental house.

We just checked out of the property this morning and I would already like to make another reservation. We had 4 siblings and spouses. There is not one thing that you will need except your own clothes! The house was fully furnished with everything, and then some! From the welcome basket to the excellent property manager it was outstanding. The layout is perfect for everything from start to finish. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Spring Break with family of 8

This property was PERFECT for our group of 8... my wife and I, four of our sons and two of our daughters in law. Four distinct suites provided ample privacy, and amazing community space - indoors and outdoors - provided memories galore. Overlooking the Phillipi Creek, it was a perfect balance of privacy/isolation and close enough to everything we needed. From Publix two blocks down to the Phillipi Creek Oyster Bar (a 5-minute walk) to the Forbidden Tiki Room speakeasy (even closer) to the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key, the location was perfect. The property is every bit as gorgeous as the pictures in the listing. Book with confidence. We definitely will be back!

Our stay at this particular rental was the best overall of any place we have ever stayed. 10 minute drive to Siesta Key beach, exceptional pool and outside patio area just outside sliding doors, 4 bedroom with all king size beds, 4 bathrooms all with walk-in showers, large kitchen and living areas and I could go on and on.. You are not likely to be disappointed with this rental in anyway. Our hostess, Glynis was quick to respond to any all questions I had at different times day or night.

4 bedrooms, 4 bath, big living area, backyard to die for. Glynis is property manager responding to communications in a minute. Washing machine broke prior to arriving and had new one delivered and used in less than 73 hours and it was Christmas week. Famiky of four couples, all adults enjoyed our vacation immensely. Fully recommend.

Delightful retreat with a 10 minute drive to the beach

We spent thanksgiving week here with both sets of grandparents and our toddler son, it was everything we could hope for! All four bedrooms have a king bed and own bathroom, which for a family and different sleep schedules is a huge bonus. The view is lovely, pool is very relaxing, and you can get a quick online fishing license and do some fishing of the dock, we got caught a decent sized jack!! Our family in the area had a boat and was able to come pick us up for a ride, which was pretty nice feature as well :) Also, Phillipe creek oyster bar is a good option for food, and is just across the waterway. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back. Glynis ensures our happiness and was quick to reply to any question we had. Highly recommended!

Great pool area

This house suited our needs nicely! Great pool area and plenty of space indoors for everyone to spread out. The house is older but has been remodeled nicely. One of the bedrooms has a wall with plaster patches on it…just needs to be painted. The pool table indoors was a huge hit and well as the covered porch with tv outside. We really liked being close to restaurants and the beach. Two things that were not mentioned in the listing or in other reviews: This is the first house in neighborhood off very busy road and thus the road noise is loud when sitting outside. Also the heating of the pool is not included in price…it is $250 for the week.

This property is a Family owned home and is open and spacious. Great for family gatherings. Entertaining here is fun and easy with a huge outdoor pool area with plenty of seating inside and out. Each bedroom is private and offers it's own en suite, which is a very special feature. Centrally located and close to everything. Only 10 minutes from the number one beach in the U.S. Siesta Key. A waterfront property located on the popular Philippi Creek offers a beautiful view. Property manager responds promptly to any and all concerns and questions. We have many returning guests annually because the property is just that special!
