Hot tub was really warm, small but perfect for the 3 of us. Pool was not warm enough, but we were not home enough to use it that much.

The pool and spa are very well maintained. Very nice neighborhood. Easy access to any attraction. The accommodations could use some updating. The host was very quick to respond when we had questions. Very nice stay.

We were happy with the location. It was so close to stores, SeaWorld, beaches and hiking areas. We enjoyed this homes pool and jacuzzi with our family. Great location, close to everything

We had a great time during our stay. This location is back in a neighborhood but is close to everything - grocery store, restaurants, seemingly 15 minutes or less from all the attractions. We had a couple of minor issues (pool heating, grill), but the owner was very responsive.

Family Get Away

We wanted to get away for a relaxing break, and the location was perfect for this. The house was close enough to many attractions in SanDiego. However, it was also perfect for just hanging out. The property manager was very helpful and always quick to reply to questions. We had everything we needed to cook and enjoy family meals. The kids spent almost every waking moment in the pool. Evenings were perfect for relaxing in the hot tub! It was a much needed break. Thank you!

Great home base for a wedding weekend

We stayed at the property with our family for a wedding. The property was well stocked, which we appreciate it since we forgot our toothbrushes. It was very enjoyable to use the pool and spa.

Great vacation getaway!

We were looking for a place in the sun for 2 weeks in a location with lots to do and found this house. Perfect location with easy access to many areas and fun things to do. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was exceptionally accommodating. Pool and hot tub area were perfect for relaxing. We definitely would stay again! Thanks, Craig for letting us stay in your home!

Lovely SD stay

This property is so lovely! The bedrooms are all spacious and cutely decorated. The pool and hot tub are perfection. The private front yard is so tranquil and wonderful for pets. The hosts were super nice and helpful, even allowing me to check in a week early when it turned out I needed to evacuate from the LA fires. So instead of having to cancel I got to just start the vacation early and get away from the stress and smoke in LA, I was so grateful for that! I would absolutely stay here again!

A quiet retreat

A nice comfy home for the friend group that is seeking a break from the city and quiet bonding time. Pool was a highlight and lots of indoor activities available: baking, board games. A good distance from city life that can enjoy some time in gaslamp or little Italy but will have a good place to retreat back to.

Spacious, comfortable, working spa (a first for us), great communication with the property manager (huge help in a crisis), very comfortable bed (unlike previous Vrbo unit), all appliances worked (also unlike previous Vrbo unit), two full bathrooms.

A Great home-base for a lot of activities

Wonderfully appointed home, comfy beds, plenty of space for 3 adults and two kids under 12 who absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. Great location, close to Sea World, Balboa Park, the Zoo and the beach. Hosts are super attentive and informative, quick to help on anything you might need. Five stars overall!

San Diego Property With Pool

The property is in a quiet residential area, a 20 min walk to bars & restaurants. We got an Uber to Old Town for around $10 including tip & $12 back. The pool was good, we didnt need it heated.

Great, quiet location

Pool and spa were great as were accommodations. Not far from the natural reserve which made for a nice run/hike. Kitchen had necessities to cook meals and we were able to use outdoor grill. Only negative was that games that were advertised were missing a lot of pieces. Sound system and tV options were great.

Great place for family

Enjoyed our stay. Comfy beds. Pool was a plus, was a hot week we were there! Towels and toys provided. Lots of room to spread out, 4 adults and 3 kids, including a 13 year old had plenty to keep busy. Host very responsive. Coffee bar was appreciated. Nice not to worry if we brought right size filters! Quiet area and room to roam front and back. Close to all major attractions. Easy check in. Would love to stay again!

Beautiful property in San Diego central to everything

The pool and hot tub were absolutely amazing. Pictures fail to do the pool justice. The owner was very attentive and excellent to communicate with. He wanted to make sure we had a great stay. Everything in the property was in great working order. The property has several windows and fans which made it very enjoyable to have a nice breeze flowing through the house. A very enjoyable stay in sunny San Diego.

Very nice with limitations preventing 5 stars

Older property with some deficiencies. Good communications with host. However, did not like that used bar soap and used tubes of toothpast were provided. Quite a bit of attention to detail is needed. Towels were stored in closet. Temps were limited to to higher than 69 fegreesattentionprovided.
