With 6 welcoming bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the house can host up to 20 guests without ever compromising space or privacy. The expansive kitchen, equipped with two refrigerators and two dishwashers, becomes the natural gathering spot for preparing generous meals. Later, everyone comes together around the large dining table or by the fireplace, where the atmosphere is cozy and comforting.

Guest Access:

Our guests will have access to the entire chalet and all its amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, just 15 minutes from Baie-Saint-Paul, this chalet offers a peaceful retreat amidst lush forest surroundings. Only 10 minutes from Le Massif de Charlevoix, it is ideally situated to explore a variety of year-round activities: hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, or canoeing.

Baie-Saint-Paul, renowned for its unique blend of art and gastronomy, invites you to discover its galleries, the lively Saint-Jean-Baptiste Street, and the Contemporary Art Museum. A must-visit destination for lovers of culture and local flavors.



Getting Around:

Getting around the area is primarily done by car.



Other Things to Note:

As part of our standard guest verification process, guests may be required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in to cover any accidental damage that may occur during their stay:



* A non-refundable Damage Waiver of CAD 20 per night,

OR

* A refundable CAD 750 Security Deposit



If you choose the Security Deposit option, please note the following:



💳 A temporary authorization hold will be placed on your payment method 2 days before check-in.

✅ If no damage is reported, the hold will be automatically released 2 days after check-out.

🔁 For longer stays, the authorization hold will be renewed every 7 days to ensure coverage for the full duration of your reservation.
