Charming self-contained ground-floor apartment in a house, set back from the main street, 300m from the beautiful beach of Île-Tudy, one of the safest in Brittany. The apartment is laid out as follows: - Veranda converted into a fully equipped kitchen, opening onto the garden on three sides. - Bathroom: bathtub, toilet, sink, storage cupboards. - Bedroom with a double bed, duvet, and wardrobe. - Adjoining bedroom with two single beds, storage unit, and desk. Bed linen and covers are provided, as well as towels. Toilets. A very beautiful garden with trees, a table and chairs, parasols, and garden furniture for 4 people. A very quiet neighborhood. Beach, shellfish gathering, sailing, canoeing/kayaking, cycling... All these activities are accessible in less than 5 minutes on foot from the accommodation. A cycle path runs from the village to Sainte-Marine for rides, and also to Combrit for shopping (SuperU, 4 km)! A small grocery store/bakery is also available 400m from the accommodation. Discover the Glénan Islands, the Odet River, enjoy crêpes, seafood platters, relax on the beach, or opt for more active holidays (swimming, running, hiking, etc.) – everything is possible without major constraints from Île-Tudy...
