This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is in the highly sought after in the Village of Hemingway. This home is on a corner lot with a lot of privacy. As you approach this corner home-site notice the incredible curb appeal with vibrant flowers and mature trees for that beautiful exotic feeling of paradise. As you enter this lovely home, you are welcomed with an open floor plan. Volume ceilings make the home feel open and airy.

Fully Furnished, TURN-KEY patio villa includes all bed and bath linens, fully equipped kitchen. This home has laminate floors, bathroom tile, upgraded countertops, double pane windows, updated bathrooms and lighting fixtures throughout. Summer Visit

We had an awesome time, it was super clean, spacious and close to everything.

I would recommend it to others. The only thing we would have enjoyed was a golf cart but we were able to go everywhere by car.

Host was accommodating in every way. We cannot thank Joe enough for being so awesome. The home was clean and well stocked. We stayed for 2 plus weeks and it felt like home. This is the place to stay y'all!

Where do I start!! Well this was my 1st "rental home" as for the last 25 years I stayed at my grandma's home in a different part of the Villages (Counrty Club Hills Historical Section) - so it was a change! But a great one - the home was as described, the decor was nice, the kitchen was great and a money saver, had plenty of utensils and cookware, the amenities worked out well for us. The location was great, the homeowner was SUPER SUPER EFFICIENT on responses. The home was in a quiet area which is wonderful to come back to after our crazy days. The master bed was super comfy & the on suite bathroom & shower was great! And for a girl with long hair - OMG the water pressure was WONDERFUL! My dad who stayed in guestroom was happy as well! It was nice to have the option to put our car rental in the garage during the weather. The ease of getting to the pools was great too! Literally could walk to one of them which was refreshing! Plenty of shopping near by, nicely located to 2 of the squares - only visited Sumter as is was on our way back from visiting my gram at nursing home, but Brownwood was a few min away as well. Again - zero negative comments coming from a very picky traveler and one who's been spoiled by staying with family for the last 25 years in the Villages. Will definately be holding onto the owners information and hopefully be making this our go to "home away from home" while visiting my grandma! Thanks again for sharing your home with us!
