Nice place

We had a great time. This is a great location. We had a few maintenance issues and it was addressed but not as quickly as we would have liked and lack of communication from the property manager. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay for the week

Family vacation

Overall we had a great vacation at this home! There were some issues noted with cleaning and maintenance, these were shared with property managers and they assured us it would be addressed. The listing is accurate and matches photos. Neighborhood was nice and very family friendly. The home is only a short walk or ride from the beach, stores, and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, home spacious, and lots of outdoor space. Two large outdoor showers, plenty of beach gear and supplies at the house, and multiple seating areas outside. Great space for the adults, children of varying ages, and the dog. Thomas Beach vacations office is near the home and they were very responsive to texts and emails.

July 4th week

Nice size house for a large group, huge open living room with plenty of seating. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. Huge refrigerator/freezer compared to anywhere else I've ever stayed. Plenty of space under the house to park or hang out when it rains. Nice big balconies and the stairs are wider than a lot of properties I've stayed at before which is nice for carrying luggage and coolers up and down. The two bathrooms are nice enough, although you can only access them by going through one of the bedrooms which isn't ideal for night owls or early risers if everyone else is asleep. The two downstairs outdoor shower stalls are huge and really help cut down on having to wait for a bathroom if everyone is trying to get cleaned up from the beach and ready to go out. Wifi was a bit spotty during our stay if that matters to you. Also the advertised ping pong table was missing although we did find a couple beat up paddles. My guess is it was damaged beyond repair at some point and not replaced or locked away in the owner storage at the front of the house. The coffee maker was also missing when we first got there but a replacement was dropped off that same afternoon without having to ask so no problem there. Walking to the beach took about 10 minutes with wagon loads of stuff and little kids, less if you are an adult traveling light.
