Hocking Hills Laikyns Lodge with Indoor pool- Great View!

This Lodge is now open as of July 18th, 2022! Laikyn’s Lodge has over 6,500 sq. ft. of living space. Includes 8 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. Includes large wrap around deck with indoor and outdoor fireplaces. Lodge features a 15x30 fiberglass indoor pool that can be enjoyed year-round. Lodge also includes a large hot tub, and fire pit area. One of the best features of this property is the breath-taking view of this lodge. Another great thing about this lodge is its proximity to the city of Logan with many restaurants and shopping stores as well as its proximity to many hiking attractions that hocking hills has to offer. It is right where you want to be!

Upstairs layout:
4 private bedrooms each with a queen bed. 2 full bathrooms. Loft with sleeper sofa and chair. Sleeping up to 11 people.

Main floor layout:
Living room with 65” hdtv with direct tv and blu ray player, fireplace and leather couches. Two dining areas seating up to 20 people. Large kitchen with bar seating, stainless steel microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Master bedroom with king bed and full walk-in luxurious shower bathroom. Floor also includes entry way area, half bath, and great views of the outdoors!
Covered decking around the entire main floor with outdoor fireplace, picnic tables, 4 burner gas grill, and numerous seating options to take in the peace and beauty of the Hocking hills.

Downstairs layout:
Massive game room with pool table, arcade games, card table, leather couches, 82” hdtv with direct tv. 3 bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms.
Bedroom 1- Queen bed and twin sized bunk bed.
Bedroom 2- Queen bed and twin sized bunk bed.
Bedroom 3- customized queen/ twin bunks. Includes 2 queen beds and 2 twin sized beds.
Covered deck with swinging chairs, picnic table, massive 8-person hot tub, access to fire pit area and again great views of the valley.

Pool house layout:
Features an 15x30 fiberglass in-ground salt water heated swimming pool with steps and benches for seating. Stamped concrete flooring with cathedral ceilings and skylights, full of windows and great views. Pool house also has a full bathroom.
Off the pool house is another massive deck great for star gazing at night, gathering area, dancing area, could be used even as a beautiful place to get married! Has picnic table and a few lounging options to relax and again take in the beautiful scenery this place has to offer.

Other notes:
Each bathroom features luxurious tile adding to the beauty of this cabin. Features approximately 3500’ of decking alone! Can sleep up to 26 people comfortably. Sits on 8 acres of privately owned land. Built in 2022. Asphalt black top drive and parking added in spring of 2023.
Towels, linens, cooking utensils, board games, spices, cooking appliances are all provided. 00791
