This unit has a one vehicle parking space in the garage which also has floor heat and a 12 person registered EF-5 in ground storm shelter for use in dangerous weather. There are security cameras on the exterior of the unit and in the garage as well as a ring doorbell with a camera. There are no security cameras in any indoor spaces.

The Hideaway has it's own private, fully furnished courtyard which has an eight foot privacy fence.
