We had one small issue and the management team fixed it right away. Great service and we would definitely rent Surfside again or another size house through Coastal View. Sad the week went by so fast.

They added a wood deck at the bottom of steps which was a great improvement. The rental company is always attentive.

Better than advertised!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. Dee Dee the property manager was very attentive. The house was spotless and gorgeous. The views were amazing and the location was perfect. We were away from all of the crowds, but close enough to the action. We will definitely be back.

Great place for family and friends to gather

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here the month of November and had several groups of family and friends that came to stay. This is our second year here and we already have it booked for next year. The gathering space is well laid out and there are lots of bedrooms for guests. We spend hours sitting on the lower and upper decks drinking coffee and watching dolphins and the Blue Angels. Any minor problems we had were addressed immediately by Coastal View. We asked for extra chairs so that all of the family could sit at the table for Thanksgiving and they came up with folding chairs for us. (I would suggest some nice folding chairs be left there permanently as there are only 6 chairs at the table.) Love the house and location and would recommend it for a large family/friends gathering.

We greatly appreciate the kindness and generosity for offering these homes to wounded warriors and their spouses for an amazing getaway. Our veterans had a great experience, this retreat was nothing but spectacular! Thank you so much for the memories.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice home, beach access is private and perfect. Beds were comfortable, very clean. However, the appliances dishwasher, dryer need to be replaced, had to start dryer 3 times to dry towels. No icemaker. There is only one bathtub upstairs, all showers. Oven did not cook correctly with temperature needed. Beware, as we left I received a text questioning me how many dogs we had in the house. We had none at all. My response to them was not acceptable and they sent a property manager out. I feel that this was to get more money. The cleaners had reported that there was some pet fresh left there. That was their evidence. The pet fresh was already there on arrival and we left it there on departure. Assumptions were made that we had brought animals. I did not appreciate this accusal and thought it very unprofessional. I will not stay there again.

Great Memories

There was a red flag the entire time we were there, but it didn't stop us from getting shells and enjoying the beautiful weather. The house was amazing with plenty of room for everyone. I loved the sizes of the halls, and every time something came up Dee was right there to help. I did leave a couple of things and it was sent back super quick. I just wanted to stay forever. It was fantastic

Management was so easy to work with and responded right away! If you are looking for a place that accommodates a crowd and has beautiful views along with being comfortable this is your place! (If i had any negatives it would be that it needs better sheets and it did not have any dish towels, but i can always bring my own next time as this place was amazing!)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were 14 of us in the house, 8 adults and 4 children. The house had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was perfect, as we ate most meals at the house. The kitchen was very well stocked with all of the utensils, plates, bowls, pots, and pans, etc. that we needed... Probably the most well equipped we’ve ever stayed in. We had no issues but the property manager was available to us when we called with questions. We will most definitely be booking a stay here again. The location was perfect, a nice private beach behind the house to ourselves!!

Great family vacation

Great September vacation for our group of 8. We had more than enough space, and couldn’t have asked for a better facility. Three upstairs bedrooms with Gulf/beach views and deck access were a huge positive for our adult children. Kitchen was large and well-supplied. Area was relatively remote, which we preferred. This could be an issue for anyone looking for a place near commercial beach activities. Overall, I think everyone felt this was one of our best family vacations!

Amazing Home!

We loved the home and had a wonderful trip! The home was well stocked with kitchen items and we found the beds to be very comfortable. The layout of the home was great and it is decorated beautifully. The views of the beach and ocean are amazing! We really appreciated that the home was pet friendly since it is difficult to find such a nice house that also allows pets. We couldn't have asked for a better home or location! We definitely plan on returning as soon as possible!!

We were upgraded to a large, beachfront house. The house was amazing and the staff was so pleasant and kind. We will definitely book our future vacations through Coastal View Vacations.

Steps from the private beach

Would absolutely return and recommend. Home was beautiful and tastefully decorated. It was not full of breakable nicknacks which made it more toddler friendly. The beach was steps away, clean, and not crowded at all. We did not have pets, but this was a concern of ours. The house did not smell at all and we did not experience any pet droppings on the grounds. Though never guaranteed, the storage was full of fun beach toys and boogie boards. Each room was spacious. All ages enjoyed our stay! Thank you. Ideas for management to consider: a pack-n-play/crib would be amazing, as well as, provided beach towels.
