You will have this luxurious studio apartment all to yourself. No stairs. Basic amenities such as a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker (with cream, sugar, and Splenda) provided. Attached bathroom with shower. Towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Washer and dryer in the unit for your personal use (Tide Pods provided). TV and wifi. Full daybed with pullout twin trundle.

Anica is a great host! Quick communication, such a cute property in a perfect location! The property isn’t large but it’s well appointed with a nice selection of amenities. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

This is a beautiful property - clean, modern, and in a beautiful neighborhood just off the highway. The host was very responsive throughout the process! A lovely place to stay! The backyard is gorgeous and a great place to eat and relax. The only issues were the bed was a little smaller than expected and it would have been nice to have a place to store our clothes. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

It was everything I was looking for.....convenient location, clean, beautiful studio space with ample light, all the amenities for a morning cup of coffee, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer. The outdoor space was wonderful!. I plan to stay here again!

Stay for visiting family

I loved staying here with my boyfriend, super nice neighborhood and loved walking around to nearby places. We stayed here for a week to visit family in Utah and it was perfect, the room is perfect size. You are given utensils and useful items that come in handy like bowls, plates, silverware, ice packs, seasoning, paper towels and more. The host keeps in contact with you and makes sure you are comfortable and I find it very easing. Only tip I would give is that the door is located in the left corner of house 492B, it took me over 30 minutes to find the apartment because it was so hidden but nevertheless a great stay. Would stay again!

I'm sorry you had a hard time finding the Studio. I haven't ever had some have a different time. In the future please reach for any reason as you know I respond very quickly. I could have helped you navigate the location.

We were sent entry instructions via email, but only after several hours on the phone trying to reach a live Vrbo agent (in the Indian call center). Entry worked as described. Located in a quiet, mainly residential neighborhood. The main studio room is small -- fine for one or perhaps two adults. What you see in the picture is 90% of the main studio room. Bed was surprisingly comfortable, but not easy to get in or out if you are the person sleeping by the wall. No kitchen / cooking facility, apart from fridge and microwave. Very limited storage space to unpack things if staying more than a night. For the business traveler, a small collapsible table can be set up to accommodate the laptop, etc. Nice size bathroom, including shower and washer-dryer combo. Delightful patio outside the bathroom with access to large fenced yard. Off-street parking is easily accessible. No shopping outlets within easy walking distance -- motorized transport is required. Would consider staying again for a short visit in Layton.
