In Chamrousse, 20 minutes away, you can experience the thrill of zip-lining, and in summer, enjoy Via Ferrata, mountain biking, and the Adventure Park with its 10 courses. The village of Saint-Martin-d'Uriage is just 5 minutes away, where you can shop for groceries (mini-market, bakery, pharmacy, newsagent/tobacconist, market). (Wednesday and Sunday mornings), enjoy its restaurants and municipal swimming pool open in summer. The Uriage spa resort is located less than 10 minutes away and offers numerous services: thermal treatments and world-renowned dermo-cosmetic products, a wellness center, spa, numerous shops and restaurants, a market on Monday mornings, tennis courts, and golf. On the first floor:
A large entrance opens onto the kitchen and a large living room comprising a lounge with 2 sofas / chaise longue, and a dining area. A large veranda adjoins the kitchen: unheated, but thanks to its large bay windows, you can enjoy this lovely space on sunny days, whatever the season. From the entrance hall, you can access the garage, the toilet, and bedroom 4. This bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and is furnished with a 140 x 200 cm bed. Upstairs: A beautiful contemporary spiral staircase leads to the upper floor and opens onto a bright 34 m² mezzanine which provides access to three 17 m² bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. The master bedroom is furnished with a 160 x 200 cm bed and has with a television and a private bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. The West bedroom has a 140 x 200 cm bed. The East bedroom is equipped with two 90 x 200 cm twin beds. This bedroom is directly connected to a bathroom with a shower and two sinks spaced apart. A separate toilet with a hand basin is located next to it.
