Beautiful 2 bedroom suite with full amenities at Village by the Sea

This is a spacious privately owned and rented first floor unit with a walk out patio. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen complete with full size appliances including a washer and dryer inside the unit. The dining area seats six comfortably.
The two bedrooms feature flat screen televisions, DVD players and Roku's. There are two queen size beds in the guest bedroom and a king size bed in the master.
The 3/4 guest bathroom has a stand up shower. The master has a full bath and shower.
The living room has a flat screen television with a DVD player.
Free secured wireless internet is included. The property features two heated pools (indoor and outdoor), fitness area, game room, gas grills and a two newly constructed fire pits. We only rent on season (June-Aug) from Sat-Sat.

Happily Surprised

We booked this rental nearly a year ago. It was surprisingly fantastic. Only small complaint would be more of a recommendation than anything. I would just suggest a non-stick pan or two to make breakfasts possible (sadly only stainless steel pans were there) and better internet (went out for a day and a half). All else was pretty much perfect. Thanks so much!

Great place, would definitely stay again

This was a wonderful place for our vacation. Clean, spacious, plenty of parking and not too loud. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, cookware and silverware (which is not always a given). The bed was comfortable, as was the furniture. The air conditioning in the living room was good enough to reach the primary bedroom if you use the fan provide, the only issue is you have to sleep with the door open (which was fine for us). We were close to Wells beach, Kennebunkport and not far from Ogunquit beach. It was a really good location and we would definitely stay here again next time.

Week stay June 22 to June 29, 2024

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. Great central location. Property was clean, with great beach decor, and owner communication was easy. We had a 2 yr old and a 3yr old with us. We brought our own safety plugs for outlets and safety lock for under kitchen sink as we learned in past from other VRBO homes, to bring them from home. We moved some breakables to top of closet, and put them back when we left. We would definitely stay here again. Another great thing about this condo, was having both an indoor and outdoor pool, and gym equipment, in a nearby building. We loved the Egg and I in Ogunquit (cash only, closed Thursdays and closes at noon), and Litchfields Bar and Grill, both were great when dining with young children. I highly recommend this condo.

Maine Stay

Good location! Unit furniture was very comfortable…but area rugs need to be more secure lest someone should fall. Cable TV network seemed to be turned off. Resort sign should have proper lighting to be seen at night.

Great location and space!

We really enjoyed our stay at Village by the Sea! The location on route 1 is convenient to the grocery store, beaches, activities (fishing charters, mini golf, shopping), and many restaurants. It is conveniently located between Kennebunkport and Ogunquit. The facility has nice outdoor and indoor pools, that were never too crowded during our stay. The indoor pool was large and heated, and the hot tub was great. The condo is on the first floor and was plenty of space for our family of four. Even with another kid or two, we would have had plenty of space! The kitchen isn’t huge and there isn’t a lot of space to keep your non-refrigerated foods, but it’s well stocked with many cooking tools. The beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms was really convenient. We would definitely return to this property!

Enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo! Perfect if you have teen. She had her own section of the condo, bathroom included! It was very clean and we loved the indoor and outdoor pool.

Clean, convenient condo
