Escape the city to a custom designed post and beam LAKE FRONT home built on 3 levels, including downstairs in-law suite with high-end furnishings throughout. Swim in crystale clear clean NH lake, fall asleep to the sound of loons that live on our lake. The home is 10 minutes' drive to numerous restaurants, grocery store, and world-class bakery in New London. Four-seasons recreation including local well-maintained hiking trail network, kayaking, swimming, paddle-boarding on the lake, just 20 minutes to skiing at Mt. Sunapee resort which is known for superb snow making, 15 minutes to 36 Km of impeccably groomed nordic skiing at Eastman Nordic Center. Location has it all for those who wish to enjoy peace and quiet while at the property, private lake front access, and proximity to both services and limitless recreational opportunities. Two kayaks and two paddle boards are provided.

The home is located on a narrow private road. No trailers of any kind can be brought to the house via this rode. Road speed limit 15 mph.
There is outdoor parking for 2 vehicles and 1 garage spot. No additional vehicles can be brought to the property due to space constraints.
All trash placed in the garage bins must be bagged. If loose trash is placed in the bins, an added fee of at least $100 will be assessed at check out.

Our family had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful lake house. The house is beautiful and has everything you need; the kitchen was well equipped; the bathrooms are luxurious and the beds very comfortable. The yard is relaxing with a beautiful stone patio and large fire pit. It is very private and we loved that. The lake was crystal clear and the kayaks at the house provided fun for our entire family. We were lucky to have sunny days to swim in the lake. The hosts were wonderful to work with and made the check in and out process very easy. We can’t wait to return! We all feel very relaxed upon returning home.

It was truly a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful place. Very spacious cottage on a serene clear NH lake. We loved kayaking and hearing the loons. The kitchen was very well equipped. New London is close by with a nice grocery store and restaurants. We had a lovely peaceful stay.

Great family lake house

Loved the location, very quiet and peaceful. Lake is amazing, great for kayaking, swimming, tubing, fishing and to just relaxing. House was large enough for my whole family and host was very friendly, always messing back whenever we needed something.

Great Location Well Organized

Property was very clean, easy to find, and exactly as listed. The location was beautiful, the kitchen(s) was well stocked with cooking supplies. The paddle boards and kayaks were easy to use and well maintained. The cell phone coverage is spotty at best allowing us to truly disconnect and have a great time. The manager was very responsive and helpful! It rained quite a bit so we got to enjoy putting together one of the puzzles at the house and it had all the pieces.

Springfield Stay

My wife and I had a wonderful short stay. We came on a 2 day layover after a cruise. Wish we could have stayed longer. Property was great, spent time paddle boarding and spending time on the dock, the water was crystal clear. The location is very convenient to New London and Lake Sunapee for lunch/dinner or shopping. House is equipped to handle larger groups as well as small parties. 2 fully functional kitchens on separate floors, which would cater to larger groups. Location at the end of the peninsular was great. Thanks for having us.

It was great

The property was wonderful and the host was lovely and communicative. The only thing I was not expecting is the open layout at the top of the stairs. Both of the bedrooms are open air, so if people are up later downstairs, it is hard to sleep.

Family Getaway

We needed a place for parents and 3 grandparents to stay for Family weekend at KUA. While it was a bit far from the school (in Meriden) we found that we could travel it in about 35-40 minutes and this large accommodating home on the lake was ideal. Our two teenagers were able to join us for a couple of nights and it was great fun sitting around the fire pit roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. Very clean, comfortable home with everything we needed. We made wonderful family memories and hope to return.

Fall Color Getaway

The property is in a beautiful quiet area surrounded by trees and color. It was very clean and had necessary kitchenware to prepare meals as desired. We appreciated the laundry facilities and the warm fireplaces during the cool evenings. You do need to be able to climb stairs to reach the bedrooms. The only negative comment we had was the dimness of the lighting and finding the light switches. Yes, we would recommend this property as a vacation getaway. It would accommodate a big family.

Beautiful lake house

We were in nh for a wedding. Although we didn’t get to spend much time in the house, it was beautiful and comfortable. View of the lake was spectacular. We came at peak for foliage.

Amazing Lake House for Families

The property was exactly as pictured. The location was so beautiful and peaceful. The property was clean and very comfortable. There were plenty of toys and games for our toddler to play with, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The check out process made packing up and getting out the door easy. We really enjoyed our stay. The only suggestion I would add is a grill would have been a great addition.

Peaceful lake home

We had three generations in our party and we all enjoyed this beautiful and cozy home. Loved having easy access to the lake and the use of kayaks and paddle boards. Our kids (13 and 10) particularly enjoyed the upstairs loft areas. The property has all the amenities and simple check-in/check-out process. Even with too-cold weather for several days in August, we had fun hanging out near the fireplace, playing card games. Thanks for the great stay!

Nice Spot on the Lake

We had a good family week at this lake house. Kitchen, dining, great room area are very nice. Kayaks and paddle boards were provided and in good shape. Dock and firepit also good. Lake is beautiful. There are a number of nice restaurants within short driving distance. There are also trails locally that are easy to find. We ran and biked the roads in the area with no problems from traffic, dogs, etc.
