This is a cozy two bedroom, one bath home centrally located in the University South neighborhood near University of Evansville. The living room boasts two full-length couches with a 50” smart TV, board games, and books for entertainment. In the kitchen, you’ll find cabinets stocked with necessities and ample space for preparing meals. Comfy beds and linens make for a good nights sleep. The bathroom has been recently renovated. Washer and dryer are available upon request.

The neighborhood is very quiet. The house was comfortable in the heat good AC system overall it was wonderful relaxing downtime for my visit.

Great little bungalow

A lovely little bungalow that is near the Swonder Ice Rink and some amazing local restaurants and coffee shops.

This house was disgusting. The stove was unplugged and pulled away. There were bugs. There were empty drink bottles. We did not even stay here. I sent a note to the owner with pictures letting them know and I have gotten no response. Would not recommend this house or this owner.

Charming and Comfy!

Everything was nice and comfy. We enjoyed our stay. I was able to relax and enjoy watching tv while my husband was working during the day. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Everything was clean. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness instead of 5 is that there was a used bath cloth left in the bathroom and there was hair on the bathroom walls and in the shower. I’m sure this will be addressed though because the owner is very responsive and helpful. I would stay again and would recommend to others.
