Imagine starting your day with a coffee as you watch the sun rise over the ocean from one of our three individual decks. After breakfast, you'll walk to the beach. Less than two minutes from your back door to the water! Do you have kids like ours who won't carry any of their own stuff? No problem! You're not going very far.

Come back to your own kitchen for lunch and cool off in our community pool. How many other homes in Ocean City have their own private backyard to play bocce or can-jam?

Located in the middle of Ocean City at 71st Street, we are walking distance to amazing restaurants or nightlife. This is the perfect location because you can easily get to any attractions, but the lack of neighboring high-rises mean you won't be crowded on the beach. Putt-putt? Crabs? Live music? All just a few minutes away.

Sleeps 8-10 comfortably. The PERFECT home for a two-family vacation - especially with younger kids. Unit is in a family oriented association, therefor no large groups.

Entrance - The entrance is on the ground floor by the carport. You can fit two small cars in the carport or one larger SUV/van/truck. The bottom level has a full sized washer and dryer.

Main Floor - The mail floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen and a half bath. The main floor has two patios. The first is off of the dining room and has an outdoor shower, storage for your beach toys, space to hang towels, and some covered outdoor seating. The other patio faces the beach and has tables and chairs if you want to enjoy a drink or meal outside.

The dining room has a table with seating for eight. Also in the dining room is our coffee station with a Keurig and a coffee pot.

Kitchen has an electric stovetop, oven, refrigerator with ice maker, and microwave. The sink is equipped with a disposal. We provide pots, pans, dishes, crock pot and everything you'd expect to find in a beach rental.

Second Floor - just up the stairs to the second floor are two bedrooms and a full bath. This floor is carpeted. One bedroom has two full beds, perfect for kids. The master bedroom is on this floor and has a king bed, TV, closet, and dresser. The master walks out to a covered patio overlooking the backyard. Perfect for watching the sunrise with your coffee or escaping from the kids for some quiet time with a good book.

The second floor bathroom has a combination shower/tub with a curtain liner.

Third Floor - The top floor has two bedrooms and another full bath. One bedroom has a full bed and closet. The other bedroom has a queen bed, tv, and dresser. The queen bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens up a large, uncovered patio.

General Information
This townhome has wifi and all TVs are equipped with Rokus set to "guest mode." This means you can stream your own services and the system is reset with each new guest. Please note that we do not provide linens or towels as part of this rental. You can rent from a number of locations in the area including the few we list in our Welcome Packet.
