Luxurious, spacious condo is dreamy in a big, lovely way…and it’s perfectly located Downtown Coeur d'Alene. Guests send comments to us with a 'Wow!' when they arrive to this very well stocked 2 bedroom (1 King, 1 Queen) condo with garage. A short 2 block walk to downtown Coeur d'Alene. Open floor plan, quiet, end-unit with vaulted beam ceilings and all the comforts of home. We host a lot of anniversaries, small family trips, girls weekends and work stays. Stay cozy enjoying the warmth of the gas fireplace, and sleep in luxurious bedding. You will be close to all that this amazing area has to offer including walking to coffee, dinners, shopping, the lake & Tubbs Hill. We love providing our guests with a 5-Star stay.

This property was perfect for us. Easy walk to downtown, nicely appointed and the kitchen well stocked. I prepared multiple meals and had everything I needed and it was good quality. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our recent 4 night stay. The condo is well-decorated and stocked with everything you may need. It is very walkable to all the shops and restaurants on Sherman Avenue. The host Shannon was easily reachable and very helpful as we had some difficulties with the VRBO website during the booking process. Definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

My wife and I had a great stay. The location was perfect - walkable to many restaurants, bars, activities and yet a quiet and safe area. We didn't need the car unless we ventured out of town. Everything was spotless and in good working condition. There is enough kitchenware to prepare meals as you desire. Bedding and furniture comfortable. The rental was more quiet than we expected, given the proximity of neighbors. Our host had timely and helpful communications with us. Would definitely stay again.

Shannon was an exceptional host from start to finish. The home was spotless—truly one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed in. Condo was super close to downtown with on sight parking, clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable with very thoughtful attention to details, amenities (well stocked bathroom, laundry supplies, coffee, spices, lots of dishes, glasses and flatware) and helpful instructions/labels throughout. Shannon responded quickly to questions before checkin and during our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful!

Your home was clean and comfortable. It was close to downtown (CDA resort), with many walkable activities. I would definitely stay here again next time I travel to CDA.

Wonderful getaway

This place was wonderful and we loved it. It was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. We were close to everything we wanted to do and walked everywhere. The host was very communicative and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo -Perfect Location

Truly enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything you could think of and more. Extra soft bedding, and a coffee bar. Perfect after a long day of hiking. Will definitely stay here again next summer! Thanks Shannon!

This property is the perfect set-up and location for a visit to CDA, and the host is wonderful and highly responsive. This was our second time staying here and we look forward to coming back! Walking distance to the main ‘high street’, easy parking, easy access to drive further afield, very comfortable and thoughtfully laid out. Thank you for sharing your property!

This was our third stay at Shannon’s beautiful downtown condo and, frankly, every time we stay we’re amazed at the attention to detail Shannon shows in her place. We’re frequent Vrbo users and we’ve never had the finishing touches she provides. If you could give more stars they would be deserved!

Step out your door 2 blocks for morning coffee at Calypso's or 4 blocks to Coeur d'Alene Coffee. 3 blocks to trailhead at Tubbs Hill and McEuen park, all just minutes from your condo stay. No need to look for downtown parking or deal with 2-3 hr parking. Bike rentals across the street for those warmer months. Walk Score 85/100.
