Paradise awaits at this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath top floor condo, situated at the highly coveted and recently built luxury resort The Pointe, located exactly next door to Rosemary Beach. This impressive and ideally located resort boasts a lovely tropical pool, hot tub with outdoor fireplace, on-site breakfast/lunch café called Big Bad Breakfast, rooftop lounge with sweeping views of the Rosemary Beach rooftops and ocean and offers happy hour, and a large well-equipped gym overlooking the pool.

Location, location, location! This gorgeous property is located within just a 4 - 5 minute walk, or 2 - 3 minute bike ride, over to the nearest beach access. The main square of Rosemary Beach is just a 5 - 6 minute walk, and offers numerous delicious restaurants such as Restaurant Paradis, The Havana Grill at The Pearl, fun treats for the kids, a coffee shop, several cute little boutiques, Sunday farmers markets, and of course many family activities throughout the year. 30Avenue is also just a 5 to 8 minute walk, and also offers many tasty restaurants such as Amici, Cuvée 30A, Amigos, and 30A Burger, as well as several other shops and food spots. There are a variety of other shops, restaurants, breakfast places, dessert places, boutiques, and activities all within 5 to 15 minutes walking distance…Much too numerous to mention them all here!
** PLEASE NOTE** the elevator is currently inoperable for this building and the condo is located on the fourth floor, so there are three sets of stairs to go up and down. I am sometimes able to have my maintenance person assist with bringing luggage and belongings up and down for check-in and check out. There have also been the addition of some wood beams and railings to the property and balconies. We have currently set our prices much lower than normal to reflect this but please let me know if you have any questions. Elevators are scheduled to be replaced and that will not be complete for a few months yet.

~ Big Bad Breakfast-hungry in the morning but don’t feel like cooking? Justgo down to the ground floor, and eat until your heart’s content! Or just grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the view of the resort pool.

~ The Rooftop- go just one floor up, and enjoy the amazing sunset views while sipping a glass of BYOB wine or beer. Or just hang out and enjoy conversation. Open most days from 9 AM until 9 PM. Winter/off-season hours vary, and the rooftop will be closed occasionally for private events or due to chilly or inclement weather.

~ Onsite Fitness Center- top of the line fitness center, complete with beautiful views of the tropical pool. The on-site gym posts a Peloton bike, Mirror virtual trainer, cardio equipment, and flatscreen TVs.

~ Beautiful Tropical Resort Swimming Pool- complete with palm trees, lounge chairs, Hot Tub, outdoor fireplace, and personal cabanas (cabanas available on first come first serve basis). Heated seasonally.

~ Tesla Charging Stations

~ Stainless Steel BBQ grills

Included with your reservation at no charge to you:
~ 2 adult sized bicycles and lock, for your entire stay
~ 4 portable, backpack style beach chairs to take over to the beach with you
~ 1 medium sized portable beach umbrella
~ 6 beach/pool towels

Additional bikes for kids/adults/child bike trailers are also available for you to rent, just ask me for their info prior to your arrival. Golf carts are permitted at The Pointe and Tesla charging stations are available.

The condo can sleep up to 5 people in 2 beds with a soft king bed in the master and medium firm queen bed in the guest bedroom, plus a baby or toddler in the pack and play portable crib. We can also provide you with an inflatable twin mattress for an extra child or young adult (please request in advance).

Please note this resort is not part of Rosemary Beach proper and is located exactly next to Rosemary Beach proper.

You absolutely can’t beat these prices for this location and these amenities. We try to provide you with everything you need, from a well-equipped kitchen to dishwasher detergent, trash bags, laundry detergent, body wash, shampoo, beach towels and even a pack and play and high chair. Just grab your swimsuit, toothbrush, and flip-flops, and come on down!
