• No smoking | No vaping | No exterior smoking.

Protection & Booking Requirements:
To finalize your stay, the following are required within 24 hours of booking.

• Traveler’s Insurance: Required
• Government-issued ID for all adult residents [via email]
• Accidental Damage Protection: $65 (non-refundable, per month)
