Guest access
The referenced self-contained suite is a bright and spacious garden level basement suite just below suite A, both of which have separate entrance, separate living space. Suite A and B are equipped with a hot-water boiler system and portable AC units in living room and bedrooms as well as overhead ceiling fans in the bedrooms to help meet your Heating and Cooling needs.
This suite is located on a private property with fenced in 4ft split rail fence, so please bring along your pets. Please note, the host lives in the upper suite, separate from the guest suite. As such, easy to reach should you have questions/need assistance, otherwise we respect our guests’ privacy.
Guests have access to the entire unit to include private yard. The yard is shared only by our small community (2 units – up/down duplex) on property.
