At nearly 3000 square feet, there is plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy life, including a main living room and a downstairs rec space (perfect for multiple families or splitting time between adults and kids), tons of outdoor space, fully-equipped chef's kitchen with brand new appliances, indoor gas fireplace, desk with outdoor views, and a full closet of toys and games to keep kids and adults occupied. Privacy and open views make this a one-of-a kind property!

Please note that the house maximum capacity is 8 total (adults and children over age 2). Any inquiries over the maximum must be discussed with host before the reservation can be accepted.

House Rules
- No parties or events
- House maximum is 8 total guests (adults and children over 2). Any additional guests over this number must be communicated and approved by the host before the reservation can be accepted.
- In order to ensure proper insurance coverage and compliance, all guests must be disclosed on the reservation. Any undisclosed overnight guests will be charged $100 / night for the duration of their stay. Additionally, the host must approve any additional guests on the property.
- In order to keep the house enjoyable for those who suffer from allergies, no animals are allowed
- To maintain a fresh environment, there is no smoking allowed inside or on the deck. Failure to observe this rule will result in a fine of $1000
- In order to preserve the surrounding forest and for personal safety, no fires or candles are allowed in or around the property. Candles in the house are for decorative purposes only and not to be used.
- As we store personal items and supplies in the garage, access is prohibited unless previously agreed upon with host
- No tampering with the internet modem, router, or security system
- Preferred to remove shoes indoors
- Please do not rearrange furniture
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No use of illegal drugs or other criminal activity
- A fully refundable deposit may be required for guests without prior reviews or for other non-standard requests, as agreed upon at the time of booking between the guest and host. If required, the deposit must be paid in full prior to check-in information can be released. Failure to pay the agreed-upon deposit will result in reservation forfeiture without refund. The deposit return is dependent upon guests honoring all House Rules and leaving the property in good condition. Our hope is to always return in full!
