This secluded and well-equipped condo with a private balcony is a great place to enjoy a retreat with the family. Spend some time exploring the fun on-site amenities that include a community tennis court and outdoor pool and then come back home to relax and nibble on some delicious food and snacks.

Snuggle up in front of the TV and enjoy a quiet evening at home watching your favorite shows, or you might as well take advantage of the free high-speed WiFi available and steam your favorite series on your phone. The gas fireplace in the living room will keep the home nice and toasty during the winter months after a full day of skiing and snowboarding. In the summer months, enjoy the nearby hiking on the Long Trail and Appalachian Trail, or play a round of golf at the Killington Golf Course. You'll cook up delicious meals in the full kitchen and serve them at the expandable table and kitchen counter seating.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
