Clean rooms, great neighborhood, family friendly and lived the casual layout. Only thing was dog fur on carpet but stay was great and everything was accessible even had Baby beds which was a plus!

We couldn’t use the plug outside it had wasp in it and the patio door barely closed all the way the doorknob to the restroom got stuck it need to be replaced

This was not a good experience. I've stayed at this location before and it wasn't nearly as nasty and disgusting as it was this time. There was a really bad ant problem(they were on the counters, walls, etc) The floors were repulsive(me and my baby's feet were black from walking on the floors) and the couches and pillows had stains on them before we arrived. Plus the bathroom know was broken and it caused my father in law cut his hand. Like I said I've stayed here before and wasn't nearly as bad as this time I stayed.

Delayed communication

Delayed and poor communication regarding checkin. Apparently, the guests before us checked out very late, left the place a mess. So, when we arrived at 4, we were told to come back at 5 pm. They did relay at 5:30 that the home was ready. We returned at 630 and it was clean but the house smelled of chemicals. The fence was damaged so had to leash dogs in backyard. Neighborhood is sketchy and we think someone was in backyard at night. This is my 5th time renting a VRBO and first time I’ve had issues. Saturday, owner came by. I didn’t think to check VRBO app for messages. My son was there alone and locked the door from inside. We didn’t know who it was. Owner called very upset because he wanted to see damage by prior guests. Owner left and we were out within the hour; stayed one of three nights, ruined family Christmas. We had to go home. Lesson learned, check app, assume worst-case scenario and have backup plan.

It’s was great

I had a good stay other than the fire stick disconnecting. The room were nice and the hosts was great I was able to have a grate 21ST birthday.

Dirty and outdated!

Definitely the worst place i have ever stayed at!! Dirty, run down and outdated. Thankfully we had family intown that we would go visit most of the day to avoid being in the house. I had to do laundry as soon as we arrived because Towels had makeup on them, • blanket had a urine like stain and another had dried up vomit on it. •Bathroom sink was clogged. •Tub seals are moldy and peeling off. •Back door does not lock with out lifting out of the tracks. •windows throughout the house are cracked. •Master bedroom didnt have a working lightbulb. •cooking dishes are completely worn out Definitely not useable. •property Listing said futton would be available but it was no where to be found. My son had to sleep on the couch ottoman. •We weren't able to park our vehicle in garage becauae they have a broken dinning set stored in the garage. So many things were untaken care of Definitely tells me they careless about their guests. Whayever you do avoud staying at this place!

Would not recommend

Floors were filthy. One year-old grandbaby couldn’t crawl on the floor without her legs becoming black within 30 minutes. No mop to be found to clean the floors ourselves. Had to walk around with shoes on. No washcloths, no dish towels no paper towels nothing to clean the kitchen counters with sheets and towels that they did have were folded haphazardly and thrown up in a closet, and one of the beds had dirty sheets on it would not recommend this property to anyone photos of the backyard are not accurate. Backyard was overgrown fence on one side of the house was down , and there were things all over the patio area junking it up

Convenient location but outdated

Conveniently located close to route 10 but the area seems low scale and when we get there at night a large amount of mosquitoes are covering the path to the front door. We were given the wrong access code to the door but fortunately the owner picked up the phone when we called and it was midnight. Also note I was charged a damage deposit for booking 5 nights at the time of reservation which I feel was unfair. The amount is double the money I paid for reservation and it was being held for almost four months. I should have been given interest for it. The total amount being charged including damage deposit was just too much although damage deposit was returned to me 2 weeks after we completed the trip. I will not book this place again.

Wedding

When you travel with teens, separate spaces matter. The idea of trying to find a GUARANTEED adjoining room was not a pleasant thought. This place is cozy, in a quiet neighborhood, and the owner responds QUICKLY to anything. Will be traveling to Katy again...and this is where we will book.

Lovely home.

A lovely and comfortable home, in a decent location, close to basic amenities such as Walmart etc. BBQ was a nice addition to the property. Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and cooker all in working order. Host replies to messages instantly. Good AC. Good Wifi.

Great Place

This is a great place to rent. The owner responds quickly and is very friendly. The property was clean and conveniently located to see the city. There is a park in walking distance that my grandson enjoyed. I am sure I will be back. Book now for great prices, you won't be disappointed.

Awesome!

The home was beautiful and the location was just were we wanted. It was close to where we needed to be and close to amenities and highway. There were a few things that were broken that weren't shared with us but the owner was receptive to hearing all details. A repair person came unannounced as well as the lawn care persons. Other than that, I would definitely rent this home again if ever back in the area.
