It has a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 300 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

The house is ideally located in Lancieux, in a very pleasant environment. Lancieux is just 5 minutes by car from the neighbouring village of Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer, and 10 minutes from Saint-Lunaire. You can take advantage of wonderful activities such as: Dinard golf course (Saint-Briac), beautiful walks on the Gr34, discover the markets and regional products, a multitude of water sports ...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
