Wooden house 400m from the sea, in the heart of the Bay of Audierne.

In the center of the bay of Audierne we will be delighted to welcome you in a recent (2022) and wooden detached house, 400 meters from the beach. Located in a typical coastal village of the Bigouden country, you will enjoy an ideal location combining calm and proximity to the points of interest of the region (about 20 minutes drive to Penmarc'h, La Torche but also Audierne, Pont l'Abbé, Douarnenez, about 30 minutes to Quimper, 40 minutes to Plogoff, the Pointe du Raz...). We offer you a rural setting where in a few minutes you are on the beach (pebbles at high tide and fine sand at low tide, supervised swimming in summer) surrounded by ponds and nature where you can practice water sports (surfing, kitesurfing, wingfoil, sand yachting...), walks (GR34) or sunbathing (if the Breton climate allows it...).<br>As for the house, you have a private entrance and parking (for up to 4 vehicles), an outdoor shower for returning from the beach and an outdoor area without vis-à-vis. <br>The house consists of a bright floor with:<br> - bathroom/toilet,<br> - fully equipped kitchen area,<br> - modular table (up to 8 guests),<br> - sofa/bed <br> - television...<br> where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the south of the bay and the Eckmühl lighthouse,<br> and the first floor with:<br> - a large bedroom (double bed)<br> - and a multipurpose space overlooking the outside, with a kitchen area but also a sofa (sofa bed), board games, darts, fitness equipment, washing machine... <br>All surrounded by a garden abundantly flowered.<br>The home is connected to fiber, so you can enjoy a powerful and fast connection throughout the house (ideal for teleworking),<br>As we are in a rural setting, our animals live freely in the 2000m2 of garden (dog, cat and chickens). This allows us to offer you fresh products from the garden (fresh eggs, herbs and aromatic herbs to pick yourself in the planters, fruits and vegetables from the vegetable garden according to availability...). On the other hand, if the animals bother you, do not hesitate to let us know, we will make our arrangements.<br>We will be happy to welcome you in French, English or Dutch.
