The Space:
Villa Solaris is a luxurious 3-bedroom beachfront villa, spread across two spacious levels, the villa offers a perfect blend of indoor-outdoor living in a peaceful tropical setting.

On the entry-level, you will find three comfortable-sized bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with privacy and comfort. Every room comes with a queen bed with natural latex mattress toppers, 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, a choice of both down feather and natural memory foam pillows. Each bedroom also includes a private ensuite bathroom with oversized walk-in rain shower, double sinks, a closet with a personal safe, black-out curtains, ceiling fan, a large flat-screen TV and a private balcony offering full panoramic sea views.

Downstairs, the large open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is perfect for gatherings. Beautifully designed by a professional interior designer, it features elegant Italian furnishings and a kitchen fully equipped with high-end, full sized appliances.
There is also a dedicated movie room on the same floor that can easily be converted into a fourth bedroom with a queen size bed if needed. With the option to add up to two extra beds for children, this villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children.

Step outside to your private poolside oasis, complete with oak sun loungers and a cozy lounge corner, uninterrupted views of the infinity pool, the blue sea and Koh Samui's iconic Big Buddha. This villa offers the best beach access and a beautiful garden space by the sea, complete with a Sala.

Guest Access:
Complete privacy in a two-story villa with a private swimming pool, the shared private beach and a fully-equipped gym with various cardio machines, free weights, a training cage, and a cable-pulley and resistance band system.

Ideally located in one of Koh Samui's most prestigious neighborhoods – Plai Laem, right next to the famous Six Senses Hotel and close to the luxurious Ritz-Carlton.

Getting Around:
The best way to explore the island from the villa is by car. We are happy to assist with car, motorbike or minivan rentals during your stay. We also offer on-demand private shuttle service for a small fee.

Your stay includes complimentary pick-up and drop-off from Samui International Airport, making your arrival and departure seamless.

Other Things to Note:
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A security deposit of $1,000 USD is required at the time of check-in as an authorization for any incidental charges or potential damage to the villa. The unused amount will be refunded upon departure.

ACCESSIBILITY:
Please note that our villa is not wheelchair accessible. There is no elevator, and stairs are present at the entrance and inside the villa.

Interaction with Guests:
Kerem Villas is designed to provide a bespoke 5-star hotel experience. Upon arrival our private driver will meet you at the airport and provide luxury air conditioned travel directly to our villa. When you arrive at the villa, the villa manager will greet you with a welcome drink. Our staff cater the experience to each guest, they can be available as little or as much as is comfortable for you. They will prepare a private breakfast made to order in your villa every morning and clean the entire villa throughout the day followed by turn down service. Your personal concierge is available to cater to your unique requests. Private island tours, boat tours, chefs, and massage and spa treatments can be arranged with a few days notice. Throughout your stay our private shuttle service is on call to take you anywhere you want to go. Our team are fluent in English and Thai.
